N	Nicholas Verta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspettavo una consegna proprio oggi quando ad un tratto ho ricevuto una email di tentata consegna, cosa totalmente falsa dato che sono rimasto a casa proprio per il pacco ed ovviamente non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata dal corriere. Ho tentato di contattare un operatore, ma ovviamente dopo l'attesa hanno interrotto la chiamata, la professionalità non sanno nemmeno dove sta di casa, è un qualcosa di vergognoso. I was expecting a delivery just today when all of a sudden I received an attempted delivery email, which is totally false since I stayed at home for the package and obviously I have not received any call from the courier. I tried to contact an operator, but obviously after the wait they interrupted the call, the professionalism does not even know where it is at home, it is something shameful.

Aspetti il tuo pacco a casa...pagato...non si degnano di consegnare nel giorno stabilito ....arriva, dopo nemmeno mezz'ora dall'ora di presunta consegna...mail...dove dichiarano che non è stato possibile effettuare la consegna...eravamo in casa?? Chiamo Bartolini...mi tranquillizzano che faranno consegnare nel pomeriggio... Ad ora.... Bartolini chiusa. Pacco non consegnato...che dire ...assurdi...maleducati..non professionali... purtroppo ci và di mezzo anche il venditore...che si affida a questi soggetti... La cosa sa che più mi ha infastidito è che sul sito risulta essere consegnato! Quindi inizia il calvario durato più di mezz'ora tra telefonate vane e operatori frettolosi che puntualmente mi passano una sede di competenza senza risposta. Finalmete mi imbatto in un operatore piu disponibile che dice di mandare una mail alla sede di riferimento e che verrò presto contattata. Morale: sono le 17:18, alle 18:00 la sede chiude ed io sono ancora a in attesa che mi chiamino e soprattutto il pacco da rendere è ancora in mio possesso. I booked a pickup for today by 3pm. L	Lavoro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8/9minuti di attesa ad ogni telefonata per riuscire a parlare con un operatore, (Per coincidenza)ogni volta cade sempre la linea appena espongo il mio problema perciò devo ripetere sempre tutto da l’inizio 1 ora al telefono non sono riuscito a risolvere il problema, devo parlare e chiamo il numero di Cosenza mi risponde SEMPRE Catanzaro che non può risolvere il problema. Parlo con un operatore mi chiede il nome il Cognome e la Città per capire la mia spedizione, Parlo con l’altro operatore vuole il numero di spedizione perché mi dice che impossibile sapere la mia pratica con il solo nome cognome e città in più si mostra anche scortesemente(operatore maschio di Catanzaro).
