Ho riscontrato un atteggiamento professionale e cordiale: mi sono stati spiegati nel dettaglio i problemi riscontrati sulla mia vettura, mi sono stati elencati i prezzi e di conseguenza si è scelta la strada da seguire. Quando l'auto è entrata in officina è stata protetta con coprisedile, pellicola su volante e pomello cambio. In definitiva mi ritengo soddisfatto.
 I went to help with a problem with my car. I found a professional and cordial attitude: the problems encountered on my car were explained to me in detail, the prices were listed and consequently the path to follow was chosen. When the car entered the workshop it was protected with a seat cover, steering wheel film and gear knob. Ultimately I feel satisfied.

Ultimamente sono anche capitato nel reparto vendite per chiedere alcune informazioni e un plauso particolare devo farlo a Ludovico che mo ha illustrato e spiegato tutti i minimi dettagli senza lasciare nulla al caso. Consigliatissima!
Sometimes we understand to take spare parts, and they are always kind and professional at the spare parts warehouse. Lately I also happened in the sales department to ask for some information and a particular applause I have to do it to Ludovico who illustrated and explained all the smallest details without leaving anything to chance. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivendo a 200 km di distanza da questa concessionaria, ho fatto oltre 20 chiamate per sapere se avevano la disponibilità di una vettura di mio interesse. Non hanno mai risposto. Alzavano la cornetta e la riponevano subito senza rispondere, alla fine mi sono arreso.
Living 200 km away from this dealership, I made over 20 calls to find out if they had the availability of a car I was interested in. They never answered. They lifted the handset and put it back immediately without answering, in the end I gave up.

Il mio consiglio non acquistare mai più auto da Carlomagno e figli ,facciamogli capire cosa significa lavorare e sudare .
Non schiavizzare le persone e usare una scostumatezza che nemmeno gli ignoranti possiedono !
