★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono lentissimi per qualunque cosa ti fanno aspettare, ad esempio oggi sono qui da 2 ore per cambiare l’olio. Sono cliente da diverso tempo ed hanno sempre fatto così. Non ci verrò mai più a costo di fare 100 km per trovare un altro centro BMW
They are very slow for whatever they make you wait, for example today I have been here for 2 hours to change the oil. I have been a customer for some time and have always done so. I will never go there again at the cost of driving 100 km to find another BMW center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio di assistenza veramente scadente. A parte i tempi biblici per ottenere un appuntamento, per le vetture coperte da garanzia sembra quasi che ti stiano facendo un favore a farti l'intervento. Penso sia difficile trovare di peggio.
Really poor support service. Aside from the biblical times to get an appointment, for cars covered by warranty it almost seems like they are doing you a favor by doing the surgery. I think it's hard to find worse.
