★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ringraziamento alla Sign.Debora che è stata molto gentile e professionale quando 3 settimane fa mi sono presentato in Audi di sabato a quasi orario chiusura (per un problema con la prima chiave), e mi ha subito consentito di verificare il problema. Rapidamente mi è stato identificato il problema in officina , trasmettitore rotto. Perciò mi hanno ordinato subito la chiave e dopo circa 15 giorni sono tornato per prenderla e fare la codifica.
Subito disponibili a differenza di Audi Lamezia, dove già telefonicamente non lo sono stati.
Nonostante mi sia più distante la sede di Rende, (essendo io di Vibo) in futuro,se dovessi mai avere problemi, mi recherò da loro sicuramente.
5 stelle.
Thanks to Ms. Debora who was very kind and professional when I showed up in Audi on Saturday almost closing time 3 weeks ago (for a problem with the first key), and she immediately allowed me to verify the problem. The problem was quickly identified in the workshop, transmitter broken. So they immediately ordered the key and after about 15 days I came back to get it and do the coding.
Immediately available unlike Audi Lamezia, where they have not already been by telephone.
Although the Rende office is more distant from me (since I am from Vibo) in the future, if I ever have problems, I will definitely go to them.
5 stars.

Audi Zentrum Rende: evitateli.
La casa madre AUDI dovrebbe tenerli sotto controllo, in quanto mancano serietà e affidabilità e parlo sia del reparto vendita che del service, non mi dilungo molto anche se ci sarebbe da dire tantissimo.
Basta spostarsi già su Messina o nella vicina Matera per trovare molto di meglio.
Esperienza pessima a Rende.

Audi Zentrum Rende: avoid them.
The AUDI parent company should keep them under control, as they lack seriousness and reliability and I speak both of the sales department and of the service, I do not dwell much even if there is a lot to say.
Just move to Messina or nearby Matera to find much better.
Bad experience in Rende.
