★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco serio ho fatto il tagliando alla mia Giulietta con soli 4500 km però era scaduto l’anno mi hanno detto di fare cambio olio filtro olio e filtro aria condizionata però non mi hanno sostituito l olio dicendomi di averlo fatto si sono presi 250€
Not very serious staff I had my Giulietta serviced with only 4500 km but the year had expired they told me to change the oil, oil filter and air conditioning filter, but they did not replace the oil, telling me they had done it, they took € 250

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! Accettazione accogliente e gentile ma poi per il resto una grande delusione! Porto su appuntamento un'auto con evidenti problemi e che necessita di riparazione e se ne sono usciti con il fatto che la macchina non ha nessun problema, riconsegnandomela nello stesso stato in cui è stata portata! Roba da non crederci soprattutto pensando al fatto che il tutto è coperto da garanzia! All'arrivo ero confortato dalla gentilezza dell'accettazione e dalla preparazione delle auto per la consegna ai tecnici ma oltre ciò il nulla....tempo perso ad aspettare inutilmente!
Bad experience! Welcoming and kind acceptance but then otherwise a big disappointment! I bring by appointment a car with obvious problems and in need of repair and they came up with the fact that the car has no problem, returning it to me in the same state in which it was brought! Stuff you would not believe it especially considering the fact that everything is covered by a guarantee! Upon arrival I was comforted by the kindness of acceptance and the preparation of the cars for delivery to the technicians but beyond that the nothing .... time wasted waiting in vain!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É impossibile comunicare telefonicamente con gli addetti all'officina. Per prenotare il tagliando bisogna venire di persona!! Ho deciso che in futuro mi rivolgerò presso qualche officina autorizzata.
It is impossible to communicate by telephone with the workshop staff. To book the coupon you have to come in person !! I have decided that in the future I will contact some authorized workshop.
