★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avevo mai avuto contatti con questo concessionario ,li ho contattati telefonicamente ,al contrario del loro competitor di Catanzaro ,il sig.Fabio in officina si è dimostrato professionale e gentile ha gestito la cosa tramite mail non una mail dettagliata ma cmq ha risposto immediatamente bene
I had never had contact with this dealer, I contacted them by phone, unlike their competitor from Catanzaro, Mr. Fabio in the workshop proved to be professional and kind, he managed the thing by email, not a detailed email but anyway he responded immediately well

Consegnata dal carroattrezzi Lunedì mattina alle 10.00, alle 16.00 il problema (non banale) è stato identificato e la macchina riconsegnata funzionante alle 18.00. Velocità, gentilezza, serietà e competenza con un cliente-turista occasionale: non è così scontato !! Un grazie sincero a tutta l'organizzazione, in particolare al capo-officina per la chiarezza e i consigli sull'ulteriore e definitiva riparazione.
Breakdown car on the motorway. Delivered by the wrecker Monday morning at 10.00, at 16.00 the problem (not trivial) was identified and the machine returned in working order at 18.00. Speed, kindness, seriousness and competence with an occasional customer-tourist: it's not so obvious !! Sincere thanks to the whole organization, in particular to the foreman for his clarity and advice on further and definitive repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero complimenti, ho contattato Jaguar per testare la F-Type e mi rispondono che non era possibile perche' era solo in esposizione,mi sono recato presso la concessionaria Algieri dove subito sono stato accolto con un grande gentilezza io n on ho detto che avevo chiamato la sede Jaguar e subito il venditore sig. Bennardo mi ha proposto un test drive , rimango spiazzato dopo la proposta , dovete credermi a mosso mare e monti per preparare la macchina insieme al titolare , sono davvero rimasto contentissimo , mi hanno fatto il preventivo con una cordialita' mai vista,sono stato ricontattato anche piu' volte dopo la trattativa sempre con una gentilezza che vi posso dire non lo vista da nessuna altra parte.

Really compliments, I contacted Jaguar to test the F-Type and they replied that it was not possible because it was only on display, I went to the Algieri dealership where I was immediately greeted with a great kindness I didn't say I had called the Jaguar office and immediately the seller sig. Bennardo proposed me a test drive, I am surprised after the proposal, you have to believe in the sea and mountains to prepare the car together with the owner, I was really happy, they gave me a quote with a cordiality never seen before, I was also contacted more times after the negotiation always with a kindness that I can tell you not seen it anywhere else.
