★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor nos cobro un traslado 70€, no conocí la dirección y volvió nuevamente al punto. Al volver ya había transcurrido 30€ por el servicio. Por maleta nos cobro 2 euros y no nos hizo subir con todas las maletas al carro a pesar que había espacio suficiente. Hizo usar nuestro GPS, perdió tiempo y dijo que nos estaba ayudando. No lo recomiendo, un taxista debe conocer el camino
 The man charged us a transfer € 70, I did not know the address and he returned to the point again. Upon returning, € 30 had already passed for the service. Per suitcase he charged us 2 euros and he did not make us carry all the suitcases to the car even though there was enough space. He did use our GPS, wasted time and said he was helping us. I do not recommend it, a taxi driver must know the way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi mettere meno di una stella lo farei, io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo chiamato e prenotato un taxi per le 19:30, il "tassista" si presenta venti minuti prima e in un Italiano stentato ci invita ad andare perché, cito testualmente, "tengo fretta".Con una cordialità che non merita ci presentiamo in anticipo all'incontro, il tizio in piena pandemia non indossa la mascherina, non ha idea di dove portarci e ha la macchina disgustosamente sporca, carica di arance. In chiamata avevamo pattuito un totale di 40€, mentre ci accompagna inizia a gridare dicendo che per 20€ (al ritorno) non sarebbe venuto a prenderci, (ci stavamo recando in una località isolata e puntava sulla nostra evidente esigenza di avere una garanzia per il ritorno) quando gli facciamo presente che avevamo già pattuito il prezzo ci scarica in mezzo a una strada. (Prezzo concordato 6h prima)
È ovviamente una figura non professionale, un maleducato ed un inetto, raramente ho visto un'attività gestita peggio, sappiate che chiamando probabilmente vi manderanno il primo energumeno che si trovano a tiro.
Sconsigliato è dire poco.
If I could put less than one star I would, my boyfriend and I called and booked a taxi for 19:30, the "taxi driver" shows up twenty minutes earlier and in broken Italian invites us to go because, I quote, "I'm in a hurry." With a cordiality that does not deserve we present ourselves in advance for the meeting, the guy in the middle of the pandemic does not wear a mask, has no idea where to take us and has a disgustingly dirty car, loaded with oranges. On call we had agreed a total of € 40, while he accompanies us he starts shouting saying that for € 20 (on the way back) he would not come to pick us up, (we were going to an isolated location and he focused on our evident need to have a guarantee for the return) when we let him know that we had already agreed the price, he drops us in the middle of a street. (Price agreed 6h before)
He is obviously an unprofessional figure, a rude and inept person, I have rarely seen a worse managed business, know that by calling you will probably send the first thug they are within range.
Not recommended is an understatement.

il Sig. Aurelio è una persona seria e professionale che mi ha accompagnato al terminal autobus di Cosenza. Consiglio di rivolgersi a lui per gli spostamenti unico servizio taxi in città. Andrebbe potenziato e qui mi rivolgo agli amministratori locali di potenziarlo con un progetto in partenariato pubblico-privato per un servizio utile a vantaggio del territorio. I stayed in Rende and I turned to Taxi Costabile Aurelio.
Mr. Aurelio is a serious and professional person who accompanied me to the Cosenza bus terminal. I recommend contacting him for the only taxi service in town. It should be strengthened and here I appeal to local administrators to strengthen it with a public-private partnership project for a useful service for the benefit of the territory.
