★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SDA= Ritardi assicurati, pacchi consegnati a gente a caso, impossibile contattarli, pochi dati durante il tracciamento.
La cosa che mi da più fastidio é quando ti dicono 'in consegna' alle 8 del mattino e poi alle 19 ti dicono che la consegna è in ritardo.
 SDA = Insured delays, packages delivered to random people, impossible to contact them, little data during tracking.
The thing that bothers me the most is when they tell you 'in delivery' at 8 am and then at 7 pm they tell you that the delivery is late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orribile, esperienza a dir poco orribile. Son dovuta andare io a risolvere il tutto al magazzino più vicino alla mia città. Al telefono non rispondono e ti chiedono codici che non stanno ne in cielo e ne in terra.
Ho dovuto contattare il servizio clienti di Zalando 7 volta in una giornata.
Horrible, horrible experience to say the least. I had to go to the warehouse closest to my city to solve it. They don't answer on the phone and ask you for codes that are neither in heaven nor on earth.
I had to contact Zalando customer service 7 times in one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siete pessimi, due tentativi di consegna perché non arrivate all’indirizzo indicato e poi date la colpa al destinatario dicendo che non ha soldi liquidi dietro o che era assente. COMPLETAMENTE FALSO !
Per non parlare di tutte le volte che lo lasciate ad altre persone senza avvisare.
Nessuno risponde nessuno ti da assistenza, siete penosi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trascorsi due eventi di spiacevole risultato, credo che in questa sede, qualcuno distragga le spedizioni: un primo pacco non è stato inserito nel circuito, quindi è sparito, e un secondo è stato aperto sostituendo la scatola con conseguente distruzione del contenuto.
Pertanto alla terza esperienza negativa, dovrò cambiare il corriere.
After two unpleasant events, I believe that here, someone distracts the shipments: a first package was not inserted in the circuit, so it disappeared, and a second was opened by replacing the box with consequent destruction of the contents.
Therefore on the third negative experience, I will have to change the courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile contattare l'agenzia telefonicamente e nella sede il personale è completamente sgarbato e poco professionale. I corrieri poi... non effettuano le consegne (amazon) per dei fantomatici "dati necessari mancanti" che poi si rivelano non veri nel momento in cui ti costringono ad andare a recuperare il pacco di persona prima che venga rispedito indietro.
Poste Italiane è davvero allo sbando se si affida ad agenzie del genere... Spero non vi capiti mai che i vostri pacchi passino per loro...
Unable to contact the agency by phone and the staff at the office is completely rude and unprofessional. The couriers then ... do not make deliveries (amazon) for some phantom "missing necessary data" which then turn out to be untrue when they force you to go and retrieve the package in person before it is sent back.
Poste Italiane is really in disarray if it relies on such agencies ... I hope you never get your parcels through them ...
