a	ana ghilan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno Il giorno 14/05/2022 sono stata ad acquistare una BMW X3 neta interni chiari targata ES.. che sul annuncio e del 2014 ( in realtà e del 2013), i km sul annuncio sono 150.000 km ( dal controllo targa 178.000 km) . Alla mia richiesta di controllare i documenti e stato risposto ( per la privacy non di può ....stessa solita scusa ) io pagavo tutto senza rate etc...( ASSISTENTE alle vendite mi dava la parola che tutto regolare ....etc , idem PROPRIETARIO che garantiva a voce tutto ). Passando ai fatti era tutto diverso . Ti chiedono come inizio bonifico istantaneo ( non fattelo MAI!!!! Perché non si può recuperare), io per errore ho fato quello fra 3 GG lavorativi ed ho recuperato tutto. Quando ho visto il libretto era tutto diverso dal annuncio. Ho chiesto spiegazioni subito ASSISTENTE ALLE VENDITE ( colui che mi faceva la transazione) e mi ha detto che non sa nulla e ci siamo capiti male etc e che non devo più parlare con lui ma con il titolare. Ho strappato il contratto davanti a loro ,anche perché dopo si parla di garanzia di 1 anno , credete che si può fidare ??? Visto che paghiamo un prodotto con delle caratteristiche e cercano vendere altro .... Se volete una machina cercate altrove !!!!! EVITATE BUTTARE SOLDI! SICURAMENTE CI PROVERANNO DARE COLPE AI CLIENTI SEMPRE! RIPETO RICORDATE PAGHIAMO ! Ana

Mettono inserzione con tot km e una foto di un contakm che poi non corrisponde al vero. Nello specifico sono andato a vedere delle Fiat 500 e altre utilitarie che sul posto avevano si lo stesso prezzo ma con il doppio se non il triplo dei km. Direi che molti annunci sono ingannevoli e fanno perdere tanto tempo ai clienti. Peraltro stando sul posto neanche sono stato accompagnato a vedere le macchine che avevo visto sugli annunci.
