★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 years warranty on most items and if you keep the box 1 week to bring it back for full refund or exchange, a small range of products ,and electrics/electronics in Italy are horribly expensive!!! Staff/customer service in Italy if out of a tourist area is ridiculous...staff is not as helpful and as well informed as they should be cant really help you and if they try they dont know specifics about the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was terrible, the staff seemed more interested in having a chat with each other than helping out. Took me a while to get some help, an italian lady who came in after me had no trouble getting assistance i suspect it was because I'm brown, and when i finally managed to get someone that guy was hands down the rudest man ive ever met. If i could id give this place zero stars. If you want to buy electronic items i recommend mediaworld, so far the staff has beeen friendly amd helpful to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is clueless when it comes to their own offers/discounts .Also they wasted alot of time just to answer our simple queries like if they could sell us the blender that was on display because they didn't have it in stock. First they said we can buy it then when we were just about to go to the counter they said they can't sell the one on display. Two of the women on the staff still really were helpful (which is the only reason i'am giving it 4 stars), the one on the PC/laptop side, i think her name was Miriam and the one on the domestic appliance side named Francesa.
