Anche per me auto riconsegnata danneggiata, non riparata ed ho dovuto anche pagare 360 euro per poterla riprendere. Poi ti dicono di scrivere e nemmeno ti rispondono. Andate da altre officine che e' meglio. Absolutely rude, unprepared and arrogant to avoid! Also for me the car returned damaged, not repaired and I also had to pay 360 euros to be able to take it back. Then they tell you to write and they don't even answer you. Grazie ancora per l'attenzione che Infiniti ha voluto dimostrare nei miei confronti contattandomi direttamente ho avuto così modo di far visionare la vettura e avuto anche e soprattutto la possibilità di spiegare meglio il motivo del mio disappunto, unico e inequivocabile motivo per il quale inizialmente la mia recensione era stata negativa. Pensavo di aver acquistato un'auto dai requisiti eccellenti, basta pensare che dopo aver pagato la differenza dei cerchi da 18 pollici sul libretto erano nn omologati x cui se nn me ne sarei accorta sarei uscita dal concessionario con la macchina nn conforme rischiando il sequestro dell'auto e punti sulla patente. In pratica dal 11 aprile che sono il proprietario dell'auto ad oggi 06 luglio ancora nn riesco ad avere la mia auto........assurdo.... X di più senza macchina sostitutiva con seri disagi x andare al lavoro....... Non andateci assolutamente... Absolutely a showroom with professional and serious staff. V	Vali Ionut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco affidabile, la mia infiniti faceva un rumore a bassi giri quindi lo portata da loro, l'hanno tenuta 3 giorni solo per una diagnosi che alla fine non lo hanno fatta nemmeno,dopodiché mi hanno detto che forse era guasto il differenziale posteriore che costava intorno a 3000 euro.Ovviamente io non ho accettato, lo portata da un vero professionista a Genzano di roma che si occupa di cambi automatici e differenziali, e lui ha trovato io guasto: Le gomme non andavano bene! Con 600 euro di gomme ho risolto il problema ma non 3000 euro come mi avevano detto loro. Per il resto, cortesia e disponibilità sono uno dei punti forti. An excellent workshop, even if not exactly cheap, but given the work they do, which is indispensable, I can only be satisfied.
