2 Aprile reparto televisori..
1"tecnica come cacciare un cliente: fare finta che non "Esiste"metodo comprovato!! È una tecnica che non fallisce Mai! Il cliente chiede informazioni e il commesso è immobile davanti allo schermo e non reagisce...allora tu chiedi gentilmente "Mi scusi.." e niente ..riprovi .."Posso chiedere?"..non risponde, all'improvviso esce un'affasciante collega e...miracolo si "Muove" (allora ha movimenti sensoriali) e con la collega va via scherzando..e rimango lì a guardare i televisori
Quando ad un'altra ragazza forse la responsabile chiedo se c'è qualcun'altro nel reparto mi Aggredisce...(no vabbè) ..dicendo che hanno da fare..e con un'altro collega mi prendono in giro!! (Mi hanno deriso)..allora con la crisi economica e con tanta gente che cerca lavoro..che senso ha???
Alla fine uso il colosso di vendite on-line un click e il tv è arrivato....perfetto!! (se questo colosso fa affari da miliardi..forse un motivo c'è???) ..fa riflettere...Ad un negozio si va per avere un rapporto umano e un consiglio ma se devi essere mandato a quel paese..ma chi me lo fa fare?? For ever on-line!!!
 Unfriendly and rude staff

When to another girl perhaps the manager I ask if there is anyone else in the department She attacks me ... (no oh well) .. saying they have something to do .. and with another colleague they make fun of me !! (They laughed at me) .. then with the economic crisis and with so many people looking for work .. what's the point ???
In the end I use the online sales giant one click and the TV has arrived .... perfect !! (if this colossus does business for billions .. maybe there is a reason ???) .. makes you think ... You go to a shop to have a human relationship and advice but if you have to be sent to that country .. but who makes me do it ?? For ever on-line !!!

Del negozio unieuro a porte di roma, raramente si incontrata tanta competenza professionalità e gentilezza!!!! Ero prossima all’acquisto di un prodotto presso mediaworld ma una volta conosciuto Antonio L ho voluto acquistato da lui xche mi ha dato un servizio eccellente davvero e io sono un soggetto difficile da accontentare…. Consigliatissimo!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in negozio ben due volte per acquistare un tablet con pennino e per ben due volte ho dovuto interagire con personale di estrema maleducazione, indisponenza e incompetenza, neanche in grado di spiegare le più semplici caratteristiche del prodotto. La cosa buffa è che il problema non è il mio, perché al di là del fastidio momentaneo io il prodotto l'ho acquistato lo stesso, ovviamente altrove! Ma è triste che non riusciate a comprendere una cosa tanto semplice, che è solo grazie al cliente che compra se voi lavorate! Quindi vi consiglio di rivedere e controllare meglio il vostro personale, perché altrimenti dubito fortemente che andrete lontano! Inutile dire che non ci metterò mai più piede!
I went to the store twice to buy a tablet with a stylus and twice I had to interact with extremely rude, abusive and incompetent staff, not even able to explain the simplest characteristics of the product. The funny thing is that the problem is not mine, because beyond the momentary annoyance I bought the product the same, obviously elsewhere! But it is sad that you cannot understand such a simple thing, which is only thanks to the customer who buys if you work! So I advise you to review and better check your staff, because otherwise I highly doubt you will go far! Needless to say, I'll never set foot there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasta scelta di prodotti e locale molto grande. Promozioni molto interessanti e rapporto prezzo e qualità nella norma. Personale disponibile. Sono andato in un giorno seriale non c'era tanta gente è personale non era impegnato con i clienti. Presumo che il sabato e domenica invece è affollato. Situato al piano superiore vicino a cisalfa. Consigliato solo per piccoli prodotti o quelli in pronta consegna. Evitare assolutamente grandi elettrodomestici con trasporto e consegna da loro, perché il servizio non è efficiente. Chiesta una lavatrice consegnata quasi dopo un mese, nonostante i solleciti e rimbalzi tra il personale al reparto lavatrice e la ditta di consegna. I ragazzi del reparto sono pochi seri e soprattutto maleducati con atteggiamenti di arroganza al cliente che chiede informazioni sul prodotto richiesto ed anche pagato in anticipo. Anche il servizio consegna molto deludente con persone poco educate e scarsa esperienza nei rapporti interpersonali, con chiamata e consegna in giornata. Purtroppo sono rimasto molto ma molto deluso sulla parte grandi elettrodomestici con consegna. Buoni i prezzi per piccoli prodotti in pronta consegna, ma sul resto da evitare come anche il personale con atteggiamenti di arroganza e maleducati. L unico punto vendita di unieuro di Roma dove mi sono trovato malissimo, non male , malissimo. Peccato perché ho grande stima di questa catena di elettronica .
Wide choice of products and very large venue. Very interesting promotions and average price and quality ratio. Helpful staff. I went on a serial day there weren't that many people and staff weren't busy with customers. I assume that on Saturday and Sunday it is crowded. Located on the top floor near cisalfa. Recommended only for small products or those ready for delivery. Absolutely avoid large appliances with transportation and delivery from them, because the service is not efficient. Requested a washing machine delivered almost a month later, despite reminders and rebounds between the staff in the washing machine department and the delivery company. The guys in the department are few serious and above all rude with arrogant attitudes to the customer who asks for information on the requested product and even paid in advance. Also very disappointing delivery service with uneducated people and little experience in interpersonal relationships, with same day call and delivery. Unfortunately I was very, very disappointed about the large appliances with delivery part. Good prices for small products ready for delivery, but on the rest to be avoided as well as the staff with attitudes of arrogance and rude. The only unieuro store in Rome where I found myself very badly, not badly, very badly. Too bad because I have great esteem for this electronic chain.
