5 stars for the courteous and helpful staff but I took a pair of beautiful sandals, but flawed, they changed them for me but the others were badly made too, I took them anyway because I had been looking for them like this for a long time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una borsa per un regalo. Dopo 5 mesi dall'acquisto, i manici si sono rotti. Ho fatto presente l'evidente DIFETTO di fabbricazione del prodotto. Mi hanno detto che era necessario lo scontrino ... (come se fosse normale conservarselo per mesi) ...
Ho dato copia del movimento bancario da cui si evince il pagamento. Mi hanno detto di aver interessato la sede centrale, ma ad oggi, dopo circa tre settimane NON ho avuto alcuna risposta.
Non è stata dimostrata professionalità ne serietà. PESSIMA esperienza. NON METTERÒ PIÙ PIEDE IN QUEL NEGOZIO. Da un marchio così blasonato non mi sarei aspettato un difetto del genere ne, tantomeno, questo tipo di assistenza al cliente.
I bought a bag for a gift. After 5 months of purchase, the handles broke. I have pointed out the obvious manufacturing DEFECT of the product. They told me that the receipt was necessary ... (as if it were normal to keep it for months) ...
I have given a copy of the bank movement which shows the payment. They told me they interested the headquarters, but to date, after about three weeks, I have NOT had any response.
No professionalism or seriousness has been demonstrated. BAD experience. I WILL NEVER PUT A FOOT IN THAT STORE. From such a renowned brand I would not have expected such a defect nor, even less, this type of customer service.
