Su consiglio della gentilissima e preparatissima Rossella (che per tali motivi non voglio includere in questa negativa recensione) ho trovato uno splendido tailleur il quale tuttavia necessitava di aggiustamenti da parte della sarta. Mi sono ( erroneamente) affidata al negozio per il lavoro di sartoria. Il risultato è stato un pantalone mal cucito, asimmetrico che mi ha costretta a rivolgermi ad un'altra sarta che ha dovuto letteralmente tagliare il pantalone e ricucirlo. E tutto ciò dovendo ovviamente sopportare ulteriori spese. Quando si entra in un negozio come penny black, si è convinti di poter stare tranquilli ma in realtà sono stati solo in grado di arrecarmi stress e problematiche per un vestito che doveva essere l'ultima preoccupazione.
Last week I joined penny black to buy the suit for my degree. On the advice of the very kind and well-trained Rossella (who for these reasons I do not want to include in this negative review) I found a splendid suit which, however, needed adjustments by the seamstress. I (erroneously) entrusted to the shop for the work of tailoring. The result was a poorly sewn, asymmetrical pant that forced me to turn to another seamstress who had to literally cut the trousers and sew it up. And all this of course having to bear additional costs. When one enters a shop like penny black, one is convinced that one can rest assured but in reality they have only been able to bring stress and problems to a dress that was to be the last concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soffermarsi sulle vetrine di questo negozio é davvero riduttivo: bisogna entrare per poter apprezzare l’originalità e la fattura dei capi in vendita. L’accoglienza é sincera, di chi ama il proprio lavoro e lo svolge con competenza, gentilezza e gusto come Ilenia, la mia preferita, ma ho avuto modo di osservare anche le altre ragazze e sono tutte da 5 stelle!
Dwelling on the windows of this shop is really an understatement: you have to enter in order to appreciate the originality and workmanship of the items on sale. The welcome is sincere, from those who love their work and do it with competence, kindness and taste like Ilenia, my favorite, but I also had the opportunity to observe the other girls and they are all 5-star!

Ho parlato con più commesse e tutte sono state gentilissime e sollecite. Mi hanno accontentato-cosa niente affatto scontata, secondo me quel tipo di servizio è una cortesia ma non un dovere. Mi hanno costantemente informata durante le varie fasi ed hanno addirittura aspettato a fare la spedizione che io fossi rientrata dalle ferie. Che dire, consigliatissimo
I purchased "remotely" an item on sale that I could not find either on the website or in the shops in my city. I talked to several salespersons and all of them were very kind and attentive. I was satisfied - which is not at all obvious, in my opinion that type of service is a courtesy but not a duty. They constantly informed me during the various stages and even waited to make the shipment until I returned from vacation. What can I say, highly recommended

Tra l'altro mi trovo in disaccordo con le critiche avanzate, le ragazze sono sempre gentilissime e pazienti, si fanno veramente in 4 per accontentare le clienti. Per me 5 stelle sono pure poche!
For me this shop is a point of reference, whether it's a formal dress or office trousers. Among other things, I disagree with the criticisms advanced, the girls are always very kind and patient, they really go out of their way to please the customers. For me 5 stars are too few!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio in cui le commesse non sanno lavorare perche arroganti, nello specifico la commessa attempata con i capelli corti che ridacchia guardando le persone che non sono di suo gradimento. Attenzione a giudicare dalle apparenze probabilmente chi è meno prevedibile acquisterà e viceversa! Imparate a lavorare con professionalità, tra l’altro i vestiti da qualche anno non sono piu made in Italy...sconsiglio il punto vendita di Porta di Roma. Ovviamente dopo la mia recensione negativa ce ne saranno subito molte positive...scritte da parenti, amici o dalle stesse commesse! Non acquisterò mai più in questo negozio.
Shop where the salespeople do not know how to work because they are arrogant, specifically the elderly saleswoman with short hair who giggles looking at people who are not to her liking. Be careful judging by appearances, probably those who are less predictable will buy and vice versa! Learn to work professionally, among other things, clothes have no longer been made in Italy for a few years ... I do not recommend the Porta di Roma store. Obviously, after my negative review there will immediately be many positive ones ... written by relatives, friends or by the salesmen themselves! I will never shop in this shop again.
