★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vestiti molto carini , purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso sulle commesse che sparlavano in continuo di tutti i clienti e che tra l'altro non mi hanno chiesto se avevo bisogno di aiuto (negozio vuoto). La responsabile mi stava facendo storie per un cambio per aver tolto la pecetta del prezzo ( cartellino intatto). Dopo aver chiesto di parlare con il direttore magicamente questo cambio si è potuto fare senza altre storie.
So quanto è difficile lavorare al pubblico ma qui la gentilezza non esiste per niente.
Very nice clothes, unfortunately I can't say the same about the orders that were constantly spreading by all the customers and that among other things they didn't ask me if I needed help (empty shop). The manager was making me fuss over a change for removing the price tag (intact tag). After asking to speak to the manager magically this change was made without further stories.
I know how difficult it is to work with the public, but kindness doesn't exist at all here.

Very kind girls, my daughter is a regular customer, in my opinion the quality could be improved, fabrics and seams often leave something to be desired, slightly high quality / price ratio.

Nice shop assistants, not very diligent but it fits after days of Christmas crowds. However courteous. Unfortunately shop policy: an item purchased NOT on sale cannot be exchanged for items on SALE ????
