Oggi per l'ennesima volta, magicamente è sempre nel fine settimana non funzionano i buoni pasto né cartacei né elettronici. Due ore di spesa, carrello pieno e nessun avviso di disservizio in essere. Un servizio o lo si offre o no indipendentemente dai giorni e in ogni caso va detto al cliente per tempo. Vogliamo parlare della volta che neanche il bancomat funzionava? Ci è stato detto andate a prelevare al postamat... immaginate la fila di quelli alla cassa spostati alle poste? Conad persone oltre le cose, mah sarà! I state that I regret Auchan more and more. Ho preso delle orate, e mentre li pulivo a casa ho notato 2 di loro che avevano un colore diverso delle altre e anche qualche pezzi mancanti sopra. Lascio le foto così si capisce meglio. Non si può mètere in vendita una cosa del genere. Sono andata a Porta di Roma, e visto questa esperienza, sono passata anche al assistenza clienti di Conad per portare a conoscenza il fatto. E stato chiamato il capo del reparto pescheria, e lui che mi ha detto.... MA QUESTO NON HA NIENTE, E NORMALE ESERE COSÌ, E UN PESCE DI ALEVAMENTO E SUCCEDE CHE ABBIA DELLE FERITE COSÌ...... Anche se io insistevo a dire che anche dentro il colore era diverso degli altri, era bianco non rosa e l'odore dentro non era buono. E lui continuava la sua stesa storia. "GRAZIE CONAD PERCHÉ HAI CURA DEI TUOI CLIENTI E METTI DEI PRODOTTI FRESCHISSIMI" DISGUSTOSI. NEVER AGAIN. It is the first and last time that I take fish from Conad.
