Mi ha servito una ragazzetta bionda,ricetta ma alla fine tutte le ragazze si sono adoperate per risolvere la mia esigenza. Piacevole esperienza,lo consiglio.
 Staff prepared and quick to solve needs. They welcome you with a smile, which never hurts and is becoming increasingly rare. I was served a blonde girl, recipe but in the end all the girls worked to solve my need. Pleasant experience, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi, la commessa mi ha persuaso ad acquistare una pellicola Infrangibile (misto vetro e plastica da non cambiare più), ovviamente la più cara, e tralasciando che ha impiegato 15 minuti ad applicarla, me la ritrovo dopo 3 settimane in condizioni pietose, si graffia solo a guardarla ed è rimasto un alone violaceo sotto che in controluce è ben evidente. Spero falliate presto.
Shamefully, the saleswoman persuaded me to buy an unbreakable film (mixed glass and plastic not to be changed anymore), obviously the most expensive, and aside from the fact that it took 15 minutes to apply it, I find it after 3 weeks in a pitiful condition, it gets scratched just looking at it and there is a purplish halo underneath that is clearly evident against the light. I hope you fail soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero entrata per dare una sguardo ai prodotti.. la ragazza Eleonora si è avvicinata a me e con la massima gentilezza mi ha aiutata ad acquistare il cinturino per il mio I Watch.. ha pulito il mio quadrante con delicatezza e alla fine ho acquistato sotto suo consiglio anche la mascherina protettiva per l’orologio, subito dopo ho chiesto informazioni per la pellicola protettiva per il mio iPhone, lei me ne ha mostrate diverse e ho scelto la più adatta a me, è stata così gentile da propormi una protezione per la mia fotocamera e l’ho acquistata, così felice del mio cinturino nuovo ho deciso di acquistare anche la cover per il cellulare abbinata..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato in negozio dopo accordi con il centro assistenza e ho risolto con la sostituzione della protezione al display del telefono, trovando massima disponibilità e prontezza nel sostituirla e compensare la spesa iniziale della protezione in fibra di vetro (non disponibile) con prodotto aggiuntivo. Tutto con molta serietà che non mi aspettavo non avendo più lo scontrino fiscale e non ricordando esattamente il giorno di acquisto. Annullo la precedente recensione negativa soddisfatto del comportamento disponibile e competente dimostrato nel venirmi assolutamente incontro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, mi hanno montato una pellicola totalmente inadeguata per il modello del mio telefono, appena uscita dal negozio me ne sono accorta e sono rientrato, si sono giustificati dicendomi che non l'avevano disponibile e l'avrebbero cambiata appena disponibile quella giusta. Mi hanno chiamato dopo una settimana dicendo che potevo passare a cambiarla.....mi hanno chiesto di riacquistare ununa nuova pellicola.....assurdo.
Oltretutto dopo qualche settimana mi cade il telefono e pensavo si fosse rotta la pellicola, invece tutto lo schermo è andato in frantumi, quindi la pellicola non ha protetto niente!!! Ma che prodotti vendete!!!!!

Bad, they mounted a film that was totally inappropriate for my phone model, as soon as I left the shop I realized it and came back, they justified themselves by telling me that they didn't have it available and they would change it as soon as the right one was available. They called me after a week saying that I could come and change it ..... they asked me to buy a new film ..... absurd.
Besides, after a few weeks my phone falls and I thought the film was broken, instead the whole screen shattered, so the film did not protect anything !!! What products are you selling !!!!!

Ordine (pagato), mai chiamati... Ci dicono al nostro passaggio dopo mesi in negozio che è andato perso. Proviamo a scegliere un'altra cover e ci offrono quella che avevamo ordinato che era arrivata e non se ne erano accorti...
1 protezione schermo dal marocchino durata mesi e mesi.
3 protezioni schermo loro durate meno di 7gg ognuna... La prima pensi colpa mia, la seconda pure, la terza cancelli questo negozio da quelli che frequenti.
Ripeto, 2 stelle solo per la gentilezza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente colorato luminoso e accogliente, tutti i dipendenti molto gentili e disponibili, con il sorriso pronto (anche se non visibile sotto la mascherina, ma si capisce che c’è!! ) Sono stata al negozio del centro commerciale di Porta di Roma, servita da Alessandro, che ha una pazienza infinita e la precisione di illustrarmi tutte le caratteristiche di ogni prodotto che abbiamo visto insieme, con la battuta pronta ma sempre professionale; ho dei gusti un po’ particolari, ma sebbene non ci fosse esattamente ciò che stavo cercando, Alessandro mi ha proposto quel che più si poteva avvicinare e siamo riusciti comunque a trovare articoli che mi soddisfacessero. Insomma, ho rifatto il “guardaroba” al cellulare! Anche perché i prezzi sono assolutamente abbordabili e il servizio di assistenza per eventuali cambi nei primi 15 giorni rassicura sulla volontà di offrire accessori di qualità e durevoli. Grazie mille!

I have been to the shop in the Porta di Roma shopping center, served by Alessandro, who has infinite patience and the precision to show me all the characteristics of each product we have seen together, with a prompt but always professional joke; I have some particular tastes, but although there was not exactly what I was looking for, Alessandro offered me what was closest to me and we were still able to find items that satisfied me. In short, I redid the "wardrobe" on my cell phone! Also because the prices are absolutely affordable and the assistance service for any changes in the first 15 days reassures you of the desire to offer quality and durable accessories. Sono entrata ed ho iniziato a dare un'occhiata all'immensità di cover colorate e accessori per gli smartpone di tutti i tipi. Improvvisamente mi si è avvicinato uno dei membri dello staff, THOMAS il quale si è prodigato gentilmente ad aiutarmi nel cercare una cover adatta al mio nuovo iphone in arrivo! Super contenta e super soddisfatta del mio acquisto. Mi son sentita a casa! Come se quel ragazzo lo conoscessi da sempre. Grazie di cuore Thomas! Simpaticissimo!!? ps. Viva il lilla!!
