★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi alle 13,00 sono entrata in questo negozio per acquistare un reggiseno. Sapevo già la misura e non avrei dovuto provarlo: un acquisto sicuro. Saluto la commessa mora che appena mi vede scappa; poi evita di incontrare il mio sguardo e io rimango in attesa. Aspettavo solo di dirle: vorrei questo, taglia 3b. Quando è inevitabile l’incontro le dico quello che voglio, ma lei, probabilmente indaffarata mi molla a una sua collega dai capelli brizzolati che sparisce dietro al camerino. Io continuo ad aspettare per 10 minuti buoni pensando che mi sia andata a recuperare da qualche parte il mio reggiseno. L’altra intanto si libera ma non si cura di me. Infine sconsolata ed irritata esco dal negozio senza aver acquistato il reggiseno; sulla porta incrocio la commessa brizzolata al telefono... non diamo la colpa al covid quando poi perdiamo il nostro lavoro. Non capisco come un brand così importante abbia così poca attenzione per i clienti.
Today at 13.00 I went into this shop to buy a bra. I already knew the size and shouldn't have tried it: a safe purchase. I greet the brunette saleswoman who runs away as soon as she sees me; then she avoids meeting my gaze and I am waiting. I was just waiting to tell you: I want this, size 3b. When the meeting is inevitable, I tell her what I want, but she, probably busy, gives me to a colleague with graying hair who disappears behind the dressing room. I keep waiting for a good 10 minutes thinking that I have gone to get my bra somewhere. Meanwhile, the other frees herself but doesn't care about me. Finally, disconsolate and irritated, I leave the shop without having bought the bra; at the crossing door the grizzled saleswoman on the phone ... we do not blame the covid when we then lose our job. I don't understand how such an important brand has so little attention for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante il covid la capienza massima è di 2 persone, ma in alcuni casi le commesse non dicono nulla e lasciano che siano dentro anche 4-5 persone in contemporanea, in altri casi si impuntano e non ti fanno entrare neanche morta. Bene, poi se glielo fai notare ti senti pure dire che la tua polemica non porta a nulla e che loro passano cosi tutte le giornate, a mandare fuori la gente. Ok, il problema che a me non interessa come passano la giornata, se c’è una regola, deve valere per tutti, anche se ne sono stanche. Esperienza di acquisto pessima.
During the covid the maximum capacity is 2 people, but in some cases the orders say nothing and let 4-5 people be inside at the same time, in other cases they stop and don't let you in even dead. Well, then if you point it out to them, you also hear that your controversy leads to nothing and that they spend their days like this, sending people out. Okay, the problem that I don't care how they spend their day, if there is a rule, must apply to everyone, even if they are tired of it. Bad shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La marca è buona, ma lo staff non ci capisce niente di reggiseni, e se li chiedi di provarne una, ti danno 5 completamente diversi. E quando non hanno la tua taglia, fanno finta che una qualunque va bene comunque.
The brand is good, but the staff don't understand a thing about bras, and if you ask them to try one, they give you 5 completely different ones. And when they're not your size, they pretend any one is fine anyway.
