Servizio pre e post vendita perfetto, personale altamente qualificato, nel mio caso ho avuto a che fare principalmente con il Signor Ponziano, ma tutti disponibili e gentili. Veramente soddisfatto. Spedizione perfetta, il tutto imballato in pedana per garantirne l'integrità.
 Purchased a systematic trading workstation, assembled ad hoc with quality components. Perfect pre and post sales service, highly qualified staff, in my case I mainly dealt with Mr. Ponziano, but all available and kind. Really satisfied. Perfect shipment, all packed on the platform to ensure its integrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità elevata dei prodotti. Negli anni ho comprato sia un portatile che un fisso all-in-one. Ma soprattutto apprezzo il livello dell'assistenza. Ieri sera mi sono accorto che non funzionava più il touchpad del portatile (di solito uso il mouse). Non era un problema hardware visto che nel setup del bios il touchpad funzionava perfettamente. Evidentemente qualche aggiornamento di sistema aveva generato un bug. Questa mattina ho telefonato per richiedere assistenza e mi è stato proposto di passare in negozio oggi stesso. Nel giro di un quarto d'ora il problema è stato risolto senza costi aggiuntivi per il servizio. Bravi! Complimenti! Non oso immaginare che odissea avrei vissuto nel caso di computer di marca comprati presso catene di prodotti di elettronica
High quality of products. Over the years I have bought both a laptop and an all-in-one landline. But most of all I appreciate the level of assistance. Last night I noticed that the touchpad on the laptop was no longer working (I usually use the mouse). It wasn't a hardware problem since the touchpad worked perfectly in the bios setup. Evidently some system update had generated a bug. This morning I phoned for assistance and was offered to drop by the store today. Within a quarter of an hour the problem was solved at no additional cost for the service. Well done! Congratulations! I dare not imagine what an odyssey I would have experienced in the case of branded computers bought from electronic product chains

I have been a Syspaq customer for many years. I have always appreciated their professionalism and the ability to listen and advise. They know their job and go out of their way to understand what you want and to give you what you really need. All in very kind ways. Prices are more than reasonable. I really recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Syspack is always a good place to buy Hardware, a nice place with a good technician level, if you want to have tips about hardware, also. However, I tried once to have a fast buy and often is quite busy. It is tipical PC place very good.
