★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho avuto una buona impressione. Sono stata seguita da una signora che era impegnata a fare altro (rispondere al telefono, fare preventivi ad altri, modificare preventivi...) poi mi ha liquidato in fretta. Ho visto solo foto su cataloghi!!

Nonostante ripetuti solleciti, ad oggi ancora non ho ricevuto un pezzo di ricambio che chiedo da due mesi.
Onestamente, mi aspettavo un trattamento post vendita adeguato agli standard che avete sempre mostrato.
Sono deluso, ma non rassegnato.
La prossima settimana verrò presso la vostra sede per cercare di risolvere di persona la questione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto dispiaciuta e amareggiata in merito alla preparazione dell addetta assegnata cioè Sign Simona e anche della loro contabilitá in fatturazione. È un negozio che dall entrata fino all uscita è bellissimo , materiali di altissima qualitá e cose bellissime ideali per tutte le tasche ma il servizio dell addetta è stato piú che pessimo ha sbagliato tutti i conteggi delle mattonelle e rivestimenti che ci servivano e ció ha portato un ritardo del materiale e di conseguenza della fine dei lavori di 15 gg poi non solo questo mi hanno accollato anke 50 euro per (ogni imballaggio) in piu al pezzo ( preciso tt ció x errore di calcolo loro) e a me volevano far pagare quasi 700 euro perchè si sono sbagliati che mi avevano addebitato anke una fattura di altre persone. Il nostro calcolo veniva quasi piu o meno 300 euro il loro 700
Termino col dire ke del negozio nulla da dire peró dovreste investire piú sui Vs addetti in merito alla professionalitá ma soprattutto sulla loro preparazione.

I end by saying nothing to say about the shop but you should invest more on your employees in terms of professionalism but above all in their preparation.
