★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire non conoscevo la ditta, ho chiamato per un guasto al frigorifero mi hanno dato un appuntamento ed è stato rispettato mi hanno detto che dovevo sostituire il motore mi è stato dato un secondo appuntamento e si sono presentati in anticipo, persone educate e preparate grazie ,spero di esservi utile per la vostra pubblicità, qualità e prezzo.
What can I say I did not know the company, I called for a refrigerator failure they gave me an appointment and it was respected they told me that I had to replace the motor I was given a second appointment and they showed up in advance, people educated and prepared thanks , I hope to be useful for your advertising, quality and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, darei ancor meno di una stella se potessi. Ho chiamato il tecnico perché il frigo non raffreddava più malgrado il freezer funzionasse invece alla perfezione. Abbiamo fissato l'appuntamento facilmente e già dopo due ore erano a fare il sopralluogo. Mi dice che ci vuole un nuovo motorino dal costo di 250€. Io rispondo che a quel prezzo, potrei comprare un frigo nuovo e chiedo se per caso non sia finito il gas nella serpentina posteriore. E cosa fa il tecnico? Zac! con la pinza rompe la serpentina. Deglutisco. Mi dice che il gas c'è. Dunque dico, ma scusi adesso ha dato il colpo di grazia al frigorifero, lo ha rotto, non funzionerà nemmeno il freezer. Mi risponde che era l'unico modo per controllare il gas. Gli dico che avrebbe dovuto dirmelo prima di procedere e gli chiedo di ripristinare la serpentina. Mi dice che non è possibile, si dovrebbe saldare etc etc. Giuro, resto senza parole. Un fatto che lascia talmente scioccati da non riuscire neanche a reagire di conseguenza. Sono talmente stupida che pago persino i 30€ per il sopralluogo e neanche chiedo la fattura (che loro neanche propongono). Esperienza terribile, un vero furfante. Difficilmente capita che si chiami un tecnico per riparare il frigorifero e questi invece te lo rompe. Nessuna scusa da parte sua. Mai più e cattiva pubblicità sempre, non si guadagna in questo modo il pane. Lavorare onestamente non sanno neanche che significa.

I answer that at that price, I could buy a new fridge and ask if by chance the gas in the rear coil has not run out. And what does the technician do? Zac! with the forceps breaks the coil. I swallow. He tells me that there is gas. So I say, but sorry, now he gave the coup de grace to the fridge, he broke it, the freezer won't work either. He replies that it was the only way to control the gas. I tell him that he should have told me before proceeding and I ask him to restore the coil. He tells me that it is not possible, it should be welded etc etc. I swear, I'm speechless. A fact that leaves you so shocked that you can't even react accordingly. I'm so stupid that I pay even € 30 for the inspection and I don't even ask for the invoice (which they don't even propose). Terrible experience, a real villain. It is difficult to call a technician to repair the refrigerator and he breaks it instead. No apology on his part. Never again and always bad publicity, you don't earn bread this way. Working honestly they don't even know what it means.

Hanno montato mi hanno fatto pagare meno del giusto con tanto di ricevuta garanzia per 6 mesi non mi era mai capitato di trovare persone serie professionali reattivi e puntuali
I recommend to all this company I called them for an intervention to the fridge they arrived early they identified the problem in 60 seconds they went to get the piece they returned in 15 minutes
They mounted they made me pay less than the right amount, complete with a 6 month guarantee receipt, I never happened to find serious, responsive and punctual professional people

Ho chiamato per un intervento allo sportello del mio frigorifero che a seguito di uno spostamento non si chiudeva bene e aveva iniziato a fare brina. Alle 15:45 arriva un tecnico, svita e avvita, alle 16.00 mi presenta la ricevuta : 60, 00e. (30.00 il costo della chiamata, piu 30.00 costo riparazione) Nessun materiale sostituito!

Terrible experience.
I called for an intervention at the door of my refrigerator that after a shift did not close properly and started to make frost. At 3.45 pm a technician arrives, unscrews and screws, at 4 pm he presents me with the receipt: 60, 00e. (30.00 the cost of the call, plus 30.00 repair cost) No material replaced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si era guastato il frigo Samsung la sera, li ho chiamato alle 21.00 e mi hanno risposto subito. Il tecnico e' venuto l'indomani mattina , ha preso la scheda e ha riparato il frigo velocemente!!
The Samsung fridge had broken down in the evening, I called them at 9pm and they answered me right away. The technician came the next morning, took the card and repaired the fridge quickly !!
