★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo a conoscenza che avremmo pagato l'intervento a prescindere dell'effettiva richiesta o meno di risoluzione del problema una volta riscontrato ma per il tecnico e' stato impossibile effettuare qualsiasi controllo perche' l'apparecchio non era installato correttamente e quindi e' andato subito via ma abbiamo comunque dovuto pagare 55 euro che obiettivamente sembrano davvero eccessivi.
We were aware that we would pay for the intervention regardless of whether or not the problem was actually solved, but it was impossible for the technician to carry out any checks because the appliance was not installed correctly and therefore went immediately. away but we still had to pay 55 euros which objectively seems really excessive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continuo a sbagliare concedendo fiducia a questa azienda che conosco da lunga data. Ma dopo l'ennesimo disservizio cambio fornitore. Non sapete organizzare le uscite dei tecnici e le chiamate dei clienti. Non avete linee guida, non conoscete le procedure, non sapete gestire le criticità con i clienti. Potrei elencare i vs disservizi di cui sono stato "vittima", ma finirei per uniformarmi a tutti gli altri feedback. Mi dispiace, ma non posso che sconsigliare la vs assistenza tecnica. Cordiali saluti.
I keep making mistakes when trusting this company that I have known for a long time. But after yet another disservice, change of supplier. You don't know how to organize the exits of the technicians and the calls of the customers. You have no guidelines, you do not know the procedures, you do not know how to manage critical issues with customers. I could list the disservices of which I was "victim", but I would end up conforming to all the other feedbacks. I'm sorry, but I can only advise against your technical assistance. Best regards.
