Acquisto un bagno da loro, primo problema, rubinetteria difettato di fabbrica, mille guerre per sostituzione in garanzia, per fortuna il rappresentante mi da una mano e risolvo. Secondo problema, mobile bagno difettato anch'esso Di fabbrica, adesso siamo in causa!!!!! incompetenza pura!!!!

Gli altri materiali venduti - su misure prese direttamente da lui - sono risultati inadattti o mal accoppiati: uno specchio troppo grande, uno scaldasalviette troppo alto, un rubinetto troppo lungo per il lavandino, mattoni in eccesso in quanto parte del progettino da lui redatto si è rivelata inutilizzabile. Insomma, fate massima attenzione!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato alcuni anni fa e pago ancora le conseguenze dell’incompetenza di queste persone. Le porte , pagate a caro prezzo, tutte con misure sbagliate. Le misure le avevano prese loro perché ritengono di avere competenze da falegnami, Fabbri, muratori, idraulici e molto altro ancora. Tale errore ha generato una serie di disastri a catena , come per esempio, dovere riprendere la muratura a causa di modifiche ai telai fatte dopo che i lavori in casa erano finiti (visto che le porte sono arrivate con mesi di ritardo). Le porte sono risultate di pessima qualità , nonostante esteticamente molto belle. Le maniglie che mi sono state vendute non si adattano a delle porte di un legno così leggero e scadente , ma sono adatte invece a porte di legno massiccio. Il risultato è che si staccano di continuo e ho dovuto più volte fare intervenire un falegname che ha creato un rinforzo attorno alla maniglia.
La cura del cliente, dopo l’ordine del materiale, è praticamente inesistente. Ho dato una stella perché non era possibile darne zero.
