?? The realm of rudeness: I order 4 cups of ice cream at the cashier and the cashier charges me for the most expensive, without even asking me which cup size I was interested in buying. I informed the cashier that I would like the smallest and therefore I expected the difference in the change price, and a new receipt. The answer, without ever apologizing, was that by default he beats large cups (without the education of asking the customer and thus making him choose) and that now I should first have the cups made and then show him that the cups made are really the smallest, so as to prove my word. So, calling me a liar. At our turn, we order the cups specifying that they should have been SMALL, and the bartender, having listened to the order, leaves without having introduced himself or without apologizing for the fact that he would have interrupted his service to follow another matter, much more important of the customer in front of him. Returning to his duty towards us, he begins to fill the cups, leaving them halfway and moving away to talk to someone else, certainly much more important than his current client, once again returns without even an apology. At this point I turn to the cashier informing that the cups had been made and that his bartender was packing them for the Take away, the gentleman at this point, as fast as a Ferrari runs to check that the cups were actually the small ones, as if my word wasn't enough, he goes back to his cashier and begins again to scold me for not informing him about the size of the cup, adding that he cannot reprint another receipt. Incredible that in 2021, an adult cashier does not know how to VOID a receipt and print a new one. With regret he gives me the rest. Coming from other countries I can absolutely say that this was the realm of rudeness. Absolutely not recommended if the relationship with the customer is an important thing for you. Here they don't know what it is. The first and last time.

Judging by how busy this place wise, it is obviously very popular with the locals. I went with family around midnight after late dinner and it was packed. Despite how busy it was, the service was great and of course the desserts for fantastic.
