★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente da anni per la manutenzione dell'originario impianto canalizzato del 1992, mi sono rivolto a loro quando a gennaio tale impianto si è guastato in maniera irreversibile. Abbiamo esaminato congiuntamente le diverse opzioni per cui l'apparecchio installato ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze (hanno anche effettuato una modifica interna di canaletta che ha aumentato la portata in una stanza).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per effettuare la manutenzione annuale alla caldaia,riferisco al tecnico di un mal funzionamento avvenuto lo scorso inverno, il tecnico senza un adeguato cotrollo e con un'aria incerta mi diceva che si doveva sostituire i vaso di espansione, richiedendomi un anticipo di 50euro e dicendomi che mi avrebbero contattato per un preventivo del lavoro da effettuare.Il giorno dopo vengo chiamato dall'azienda che mi comunica che il costo del vaso di espansione e la manutenzione costa 300euro?. A questo punto allarmato rispondo che per me il costo è eccessivo e che non intendevo far fare l'intervento a loro la signora di contro mi dice che le 50 euro non mi verranno restituiti e che coprono l'intervento del tecnico,il quale non ha fatto niente sulla mia caldaia. Chiamato un'altro tecnico la caldaia non aveva nessun problema ,si era scaricata l'aria nel vaso di espansione, e con 70 euro di manutenzione fatta a regola d'arte ho risolto il problema.

Eseguita manutenzione annuale, il tecnico dice che bisogna sostituire un tubo per un costo di 400 euro.
Prima dell’intervento la caldaia funzionava tranquillamente, dopo la manutenzione ha iniziato ad avere problemi.
Dopo una settimana di malfunzionamento, provveduto a chiamare altro tecnico, avevano montato semplicemente il contatto elettrico male. Il nuovo tecnico ha evidenziato il problema del montaggio errato, caldaia perfettamente funzionante.
Richiesto rimborso, con fare spicciolo e superficiale liquidano dicendo che il canone annuo di manutenzione non può essere rimborsato.
Li citerò per danni visto il disagio di una intera settimana senza possibilità di acqua calda.

I will mention them for damages due to the discomfort of a whole week without the possibility of hot water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato il tecnico x un problema al condizionatore la valvola era guasta e loro sostengono che nn rientra in garanzia e mi chiedono 180 euro compreso di ricarica. Ho chiamato il mio installatore e con 60 euro mi cambia la valvola e mi ricarica il condizionatore... Ora mi chiedo ma cosa serve la garanzia... Una cosa è certa farò una bella pubblicità nei loro confronti...
Called the technician x a problem with the air conditioner the valve was faulty and they claim that nn is under warranty and they ask me for 180 euros including refill. I called my installer and with 60 euros I change the valve and refill the air conditioner ... Now I wonder but what is the guarantee ... One thing is certain I will make a good publicity towards them ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto avrei dato zero, hanno approfittato di una signora di 70 anni, prima cambiando i pezzi ( rubinetto acqua e aggiungendo un defangatore totalmente inutile spesa 230 euro). Mi propongono sostituzione caldaia (detraendo il costo sostenuto) per un totale di €1260. Trovo la stessa ad un prezzo piu basso 950 € compresa garanzia di 1 anno . PESSIMI, non vi affidate !!!!!
If I could, I would have given zero, they took advantage of a 70-year-old lady, first by changing the pieces (water tap and adding a totally useless dirt separator, spending 230 euros). They propose me to replace the boiler (deducting the cost incurred) for a total of € 1260. I find the same at a lower price 950 € including 1 year warranty. BAD, do not trust !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono poco professionali. Ho portato a riparare una unità del telecomando per un ventilatore Vortice. Ho pagato 15 euro per il controllo. Poi mi telefonano per comunicarmi che la Vortice non fornisce i pezzi di ricambio.
Se non è riparabile perché chiedono 15 euro per visionarlo? Bastava dire il pezzo non è riparabile occorre acquistarlo nuovo. Così truffa o 15 euro.
Inoltre la Sig. ra che mi ha chiamato mi ha comunicato che il pezzo nuovo costava 200 euro. L:ho acquistato in un negozio 85 euro.
Lascio al lettore le dovute conclusioni sulla valutazione di questo centro.

They are unprofessional. I took a remote control unit for a Vortex fan to be repaired. I paid 15 euros for the check. Then they call me to inform me that Vortice does not supply spare parts.
If it is not repairable why do they ask 15 euros to view it? Suffice it to say the piece is not repairable, you have to buy it new. So scam or 15 euros.
In addition, the Mrs. who called me informed me that the new piece cost 200 euros. L: I bought 85 euros in a shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CALDAINA a condensazione istallata il 19/01/2022, da subito rilevato il malfunzionamento del motorino di ricircolò.segnalato il guasto la ditta SI.CE.AS non è stata capace di ripararla. Ho chiesta l’intervento di un’altra ditta molto nota a Palermo che ha riparato il guasto .MAI PIÙ CON SI.CE.AS. Incompetenti a mio giudizio.
Condensing BOILER installed on 19/01/2022, immediately detected the malfunction of the recirculation motor. The fault was reported, the company SI.CE.AS was not able to repair it. I requested the intervention of another well-known company in Palermo that repaired the fault. NEVER AGAIN WITH SI.CE.AS. Incompetent in my opinion.
