Mi hanno risolto il problema dopo aver cercato per mesi di trovare una soluzione per evitare di buttare via la macchina e doverne comprare una nuova. Impeccable service. I repaired my coffee machine, lavazza my way. They were available, punctual and professional. They solved my problem after months of trying to find a solution to avoid throwing away the car and having to buy a new one.

Facendo un altra premessa che è quella che lavoro anch’io con il pubblico e capisco quanta pazienza ci vuole e quante volte capita anche a me la giornata no ma qui la cosa non cambia ogni volta che ci sono andato e anche al telefono la signora che penso sia la proprietaria ha sempre quel tono avvelenato e scorbutico come se tutto le è dovuto e che siamo li a rompergli le scatole. Mi hanno chiesto per una riparazione 55€ che non essendo del mestiere non saprei se corrisponde a verità o meno constaterò da un altra parte, di certo che non ci tornerò più. I state that I rarely leave negative reviews because I always give the opportunity to change my mind but here the story is always the same. Making another premise which is what I also work with the public and I understand how much patience it takes and how many times the bad day happens to me too but here the thing does not change every time I went there and also on the phone the lady who I think the owner always has that poisoned and grumpy tone as if everything is due to her and that we are there to bother him. They asked me for a repair of € 55 which, as I am not a professional, I do not know if it is true or not, I will find somewhere else, certainly I will never go back.
