★ ★ ★ ★ ★ richiedo assistenza per un piano cottura franke. ti chiedono 40 euro solo per venire a vedere qual è il problema. già al momento della verifica del guasto ho capito che non erano molto preparati considerato che non sapevano come accendere il doppio fornello. chiamati per la sostituzione di un pilota in un fornello e per 2 fornelli da cui il gas usciva con scarsa potenza dopo 100 euro di intervento il pilota continua a non funzionare, i 2 fornelli poco potenti sono ancora poco potenti e in compenso l'unico fornello che prima funzionava si è trasformato in un lanciafiamme. assoluta mancanza di professionalità. sconsigliati in maniera assoluta.
