I called the company, had to answer some tough questions (serial numbers, etc.), but I welcomed a prepared technician yesterday. In about an hour he fixed both machines, gave me professional advice how to maintain them in good condition and charged a fair price (30 euro for the appointment + 30 for the repairing job). He worked fast and clean. Absolutely recommended.
