★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso che esprimere parere altamente positivo in merito all'esperienza avuta con il centro assistenza PG SERVICE.
Giovedì mattina ho portato la mia Macchina Nespresso poiché presentava un malfunzionamento che necessitava di intervento da parte di personale qualificato. Durante l'accettazione mi sono state spiegate prassi e procedure in modo chiaro ed esaustivo... Venerdì pomeriggio ho ricevuto comunicazione, tramite messaggio WhatsApp, che la macchina era già riparata e perfettamente funzionante. Per miei impegni pregressi l'ho potuta ritirare lunedì mattina, ma con la consapevolezza che il prodotto era stato analizzato e riparato in tempi record.
Sono davvero molto soddisfatto e consiglio vivamente chiunque, di tenere in considerazione la PG SERVICE per la riparazione dei propri elettrodomestici.
 I can only express a highly positive opinion regarding the experience I had with the PG SERVICE assistance center.
On Thursday morning I brought my Nespresso machine as it presented a malfunction that required intervention by qualified personnel. During the acceptance procedures and procedures were explained to me in a clear and exhaustive way ... Friday afternoon I received notification, via WhatsApp message, that the machine was already repaired and fully functional. Due to my previous commitments I was able to collect it on Monday morning, but with the knowledge that the product had been analyzed and repaired in record time.
I am really very satisfied and I highly recommend anyone to consider PG SERVICE for the repair of their appliances.

Ottima esperienza qualche anno fà con un ferro da stiro Rowenta che altrove mi avevano detto di buttare e loro mi hanno aiutato invece a rottamarlo, acquistandone un altro con lo sconto del marchio perché non potevano più garantire i pezzi di ricambio. Di recente, hanno risolto un problema al telefono, consigliandomi nel mio esclusivo interesse di non fare alcun intervento, perché economicamente non conveniente... Che dire? Li consiglio assolutamente
Honest, very kind, competent, correct. Excellent experience a few years ago with a Rowenta iron that elsewhere I had been told to throw away and they instead helped me to scrap it, buying another one with the brand discount because they could no longer guarantee spare parts. Recently, they solved a problem over the phone, advising me in my sole interest not to do any intervention, because it is not economically convenient ... What can I say? I absolutely recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio allo stesso tempo professionale e amichevole. Qualità oltremodo rara al giorno d'oggi. Sono andato per una riparazione assolutamente fuori garanzia convinto di dover spendere un botto e invece...due ragazzi delicatissimi e simpaticissimi. 10 e lode!
Professional and friendly service at the same time. Extremely rare quality nowadays. I went for an absolutely out of warranty repair convinced that I had to spend a lot and instead ... two very delicate and very nice guys. 10 and praise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia macchina del caffè nespresso a ripararla, inizialmente mi usciva solo acqua e non filtrava più il caffè, sono stati molto tempestivi e professionali a ripararla nell'immediato, e non ho avuto più problemi! Qualità prezzo ottimi! Consigliatissimi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso il centro assistenza x riparare la mia scopa elettrica ancora in garanzia.Nessun tempo di attesa l operatore dopo un accurata verifica dell ' apparecchio ha sostituito il pezzo danneggiato che fortunatamente la sede possedeva, che dire in pochi minuti sono andata via soddisfatta.
Volevo ringraziare per la professionalità , gentilezza e per l' eccellente e tempestivia assistenza tecnica ricevuta.
ah dimenticavo il centro è dotato anche di un'area parcheggio comodissima pertanto nn ho dovuto cercare posteggio con la scopa fra le mani??
I went to the service center to repair my electric broom still under warranty.No waiting time, the operator after a careful check of the appliance replaced the damaged piece that fortunately the office had, which to say in a few minutes I went away satisfied .
I wanted to thank you for the professionalism, kindness and for the excellent and timely technical assistance received.
ah I forgot the center is also equipped with a very convenient parking area so I didn't have to look for a parking space with a broom in my hands??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente personale cortese e professionale, ben organizzato certamente... si trova di tutto. Ma non consiglio per il semplice motivo, che in questo negozio non si effettua né il reso e né un buono per acquistare altro. Ho comprato il piatto del microonde, ma purtroppo mi son accorta dopo che il mio microonde ha cessato di vivere, quindi contatto subito il negozio per aver un reso o un buono cartaceo in sostituzione del piatto che ormai non mi serve più, premetto che il piatto non lho nemmeno provato ed e' ancora sigillato, completo di scontrino. Morale della favola, ho speso 18 euro, per un qualcosa che non utilizzerò mai ?. Ovviamente non acquisterò più nulla in questo negozio.
Certainly courteous and professional staff, well organized certainly ... you can find everything. But I do not recommend for the simple reason that in this shop there is neither a return nor a voucher to buy anything else. I bought the microwave plate, but unfortunately I realized after my microwave has ceased to live, so I immediately contact the shop to have a return or a paper voucher to replace the plate that I no longer need, I state that the plate I haven't even tried it and it's still sealed, complete with receipt. Moral of the story, I spent 18 euros for something I will never use ?. Obviously I will not buy anything at this shop anymore.
