In camera abbiamo scelto del legno naturale e quindi le ante realizzate da un falegname e per la cucina un piano lavoro in acciaio inox a blocco unico!!! È stato bello veder realizzare in pieno quello che avevo in mente!!! Straconsigliato!!! In April I entered the new house ... and I entrusted the realization of the kitchen and the bedroom furniture to this shop !!! Mi sono ancora scusata definendo, quella che era secondo me una mancanza di volontà, un malinteso e chiedendo un preventivo completo ma non sono stata degnata di una risposta. Pessimo comportamento per un venditore che ha interesse di trattare al meglio i suoi clienti. After explaining my needs for an hour I was sent a quote for a basic linear kitchen with none of the changes I had asked for. I still apologized for defining, what was in my opinion a lack of will, a misunderstanding and asking for a complete estimate but I was not worthy of an answer. Bad behavior for a seller who is interested in treating his customers better.

Mi sono trovata benissimo fin da subito, con gentilezza e cortesia, hanno fatto la planimetria e il disegno in 3D dell’appartamento. Non sapevo decidermi sui colori degli arredi e con infinita pazienza mi hanno mostrato tante proposte! Comunicazione eccellente, consegna veloce e squadra di installatori fantastica, professionali e rapidissimi. Qualche mese dopo il montaggio ho notato una lieve crepa su un cassetto della cucina, anche qui nessun problema, pezzo sostituito in poco tempo! Iniziamo a chiedere informazioni per una cucina da poter mettere nella nostra nuova casa in costruzione e il venditore sin dall'inizio si è mostrato scortese, come se non volesse venderci la cucina, continuando a ripetere se il vostro budget è di 10000 euro non inizio neanche, eppure nessuno di noi ha parlato di budget, anzi gli è stato chiesto quali fossero le cucine migliori. In poche parole venditore arrogante e scortese, con voglia pari a zero. Sentirò Veneta Cucine per cercare un altro venditore in zona.
