★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei der Ersatzlieferung und Rückerstattung! Mein Artikel kam leider beschädigt an (da zerbrechlich). Die Rückerstattung des Betrags erfolgte aber äußerst unkompliziert gleich am darauffolgenden Tag.
(Fotos und Forderungen habe ich gleich nach Ankunft innerhalb von 72 h eingereicht).
Very uncomplicated handling of the replacement delivery and refund! Unfortunately, my item arrived damaged (because it is fragile). However, the amount was refunded in an extremely uncomplicated manner on the following day.
(I submitted photos and claims immediately after arrival within 72 hours).
