Der Service muss verbessert werden.Stand an der Kasse,die Angestellten räumten teils Regale ein,teils unterhielten sie sich nur untereinander.Erst nach Anfrage kam ein genervtes Fräulein an die Kasse.Das Teil,das ich kaufen wollte war preislich anders etikettiert als der effektive Preis dann war. Auf Nachfrage warum es denn jetzt 3€ teurer sei,meinte sie nur der Preis an der Kasse stimmt,ist so.
Also etwas aufpassen...
Some of the goods on offer are original and inexpensive.
The service needs to be improved. Stand at the cash register, the employees partly cleared shelves, partly they just talked to each other. Only after request did an annoyed lady come to the cash register. The part that I wanted to buy was priced differently than the actual one Price then was. When asked why it was now 3 € more expensive, she only said the price at the cash register is right, that's how it is.
So be careful ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CASA erinnert mich ein wenig an Ikea. Alles übersichtlich und gut sortiert. Es gibt Klamotten aber auch Möbel und was die Wohnung so braucht. Schön fand ich das ruhige Ambiente und die freundliche n Angestellten. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Bozen bin, ist dass meine erste Adresse. Empfehlenswert!
CASA reminds me a little of Ikea. Everything clearly and well sorted. There are clothes but also furniture and whatever the apartment needs. I found the quiet ambience and the friendly staff nice. The next time I'm in Bolzano, that will be my first address. Recommendable!

They have tons of household items at very competitive prices. The shop is not that big, yet you can find everything there, from the bathroom to the garden. They also often make good deals which make the prices even more competitive. The staff are always friendly and helpful
