L’intera progettazione è stata eseguita dal Sig. Moreno, (sempre cordiale e disponibile) e devo dire che è riuscito in pieno a interpretare i desideri nostri nel voler la disposizione della cucina a nostro piacimento. Tempi di consegna e montaggio con personale qualificato come da calendario. La serietà dell’intera ditta si apprezza anche nell’assistenza post/vendita, anche dopo alcuni anni per sistemare alcuni difetti di fabbricazione venutasi a creare, sostituendo in garanzia l’intero articolo difettoso (un grazie Sig. Dennis per il suo lavoro di montaggio). Posso consigliare tranquillamente COVALLERO arredamenti a chiunque! Luca After consulting other offers, I purchased a Scavolini kitchen, a Scavolini bathroom cabinet and two custom-made wardrobes inside two brick niches. The entire design was carried out by Mr. Moreno, (always friendly and helpful) and I must say that he was able to fully interpret our wishes in wanting to arrange the kitchen to our liking. Delivery and assembly times with qualified personnel as per calendar. The seriousness of the entire company is also appreciated in the after-sales assistance, even after a few years to fix some manufacturing defects that have arisen, replacing the entire defective item under warranty (thanks Mr. Dennis for his assembly work ). I can safely recommend COVALLERO arredamenti to anyone! Luca

Ci siamo rivolti a Covallero per la cucina Scavolini; la cucina è molto innovativa e semplicemente perfetta in ogni singolo dettaglio. Estremamente competente, professionale e attento al cliente, Mirko ci ha progettato una cucina non solo bellissima, pratica e di qualità, ma soprattutto orientata alle nostre esigenze. Mirko è stato molto paziente (gli avrò fatto un milione di domande!) e soprattutto orientato alla cura di ogni singolo dettaglio; un aspetto che ho apprezzato tantissimo. Ottima la scelta dei materiali, anche pregiati, pensati per durare nel tempo, ed ottima qualità - prezzo. Anche il resto del team è molto disponibile! Ci sono piaciuti molto anche i bagni sempre della linea Scavolini. Tempi di consegna ottimi nonostante la situazione attuale e buono anche il montaggio. Assolutamente da consigliare! Perfection, pure perfection! We turned to Covallero for the Scavolini kitchen; the kitchen is very innovative and simply perfect in every single detail. Extremely competent, professional and attentive to the customer, Mirko has designed for us a kitchen that is not only beautiful, practical and of quality, but above all oriented to our needs. Mirko was very patient (I must have asked him a million questions!) And above all oriented towards taking care of every single detail; an aspect that I really appreciated. Excellent choice of materials, even precious ones, designed to last over time, and excellent quality - price. The rest of the team is also very helpful! We also really liked the bathrooms from the Scavolini line. Excellent delivery times despite the current situation and also good assembly. Absolutely to recommend!

Ho acquistato un armadio i primi di novembre 2021 e mi è stato assicurato più e più volte che sarebbe arrivato prima di Natale. Così non è stato. Ho pagato subito un acconto a novembre e completamente l'importo a dicembre come mi è stato richiesto, perché il montaggio era imminente. La consegna è avvenuta due mesi dopo il 3 febbraio 2022. Tante parole, tante rassicurazioni e risultati poco edificanti, se non vergognosi. Volevo, inoltre, evidenziare che i montatori seppur taciturni e impegnati nel loro lavoro non hanno utilizzato la mascherina protettiva per le tre ore del montaggio in un momento così delicato e particolare. Il rispetto in entrambi i casi non è della vostra azienda. Hello, I'm not used to writing reviews, but I felt I needed to spice up my experience for future buyers. I purchased a wardrobe in early November 2021 and was assured time and again that it would arrive before Christmas. This was not the case. I immediately paid a deposit in November and fully paid the amount in December as requested, because the assembly was imminent. The delivery took place two months after February 3, 2022. So many words, so many reassurances and little edifying, if not shameful results. I also wanted to point out that the editors, albeit taciturn and committed to their work, did not use the protective mask for the three hours of editing in such a delicate and particular moment. Respect in both cases is not of your company.
