★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è strutturato male avrebbe bisogno di un ascensore considerato che è un negozio per bambini e quindi c'è il problema che il passeggino bisogna salirono a mano per le scale. Ma oltre a questo c'è un addetta alle vendite (di cui ho sentito almeno una 20 di lamentele) che pur di vendere ti dice qualunque 3 cosa su un prodotto ho fatto una lista nascita di cui mi sono pentita.
 The shop is poorly structured and would need a lift as it is a children's store so there is the problem that the stroller has to be hand-climbed up the stairs. But in addition to this there is a sales person (of whom I heard at least 20 complaints) who, in order to sell you, tells you whatever 3 thing about a product I made a birth list I regretted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettivamente la mancanza dell'ascensore penalizza un po il negozio. Ogni volta sono costretta a chiedere alle commesse un aiuto per salire il passeggino... Ma mai nessuno ha detto di no o mi ha fatto un muso. Le ragazze sono sempre molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa.
Trovo sempre delle buone offerte. Peccato solo che ci si può arrivare in macchina facilmente.
Indeed, the lack of the elevator penalizes the shop a little. Every time I have to ask the sales assistants to help me get on the stroller ... But no one ever said no or made me a face. The girls are always very kind and available for anything.
I always find good offers. Just a shame that you can get there by car easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e cortese. Non sempre fornito. Prezzi alti. Rivedo in peggio la mia recensione. Cosa che da molto fastidio in questo punto vendita non vengono mai rispettate le offerte a volantino.
Friendly and courteous staff. Not always provided. High prices. I see my review for the worse. Something that is very annoying at this point of sale is that flyer offers are never respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è ben fornito, ma è fortemente sconsigliato di acquistare latte, omogeneizzati, pannolini e tutto ciò che ruota su prodotti di consumo giornaliero. Prezzi elevati e disponibili nel supermercato al primo piano con sconto del 30% medio. Nota di merito per i prodotti della Giordani ( marchio in house). Sul fronte del personale, è lodabile esclusivamente la commessa Angela, sempre disponibile cortese e dotata di competenza su qualsiasi prodotto presente in negozio.
The shop is well stocked, but it is strongly advised against buying milk, baby food, diapers and everything that turns on daily consumer products. High prices available in the supermarket on the first floor with an average 30% discount. Note on the products of Giordani (in-house brand). On the staff front, only the Angela assistant is always laudable, always available with courtesy and competent in any product in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta veramente molto delusa ed è già la seconda volta.
10 giorni fa abbiamo speso intorno ai 60€ e quando ci siamo recati alla casa per pagare ci siamo accorti di non avere dietro la Vip Card e senza quella non si può avere il prezzo scontato . È inaccettabile che nel 2020 non si possa fare la ricerca nei sistemi con i dati del cliente e non risalire alla carta che poi sta carta non viene regalata ma pagata.
Invece ieri abbiamo speso intorno ai 130€ ,dove tra le varie cose abbiamo comprato l'aspiratore nasale Braun per la nostra bimba e l'abbiamo provato stamattina e purtroppo non aspirava nulla .Mio marito ritorna al negozio per poterla cambiare,e la commessa le aveva detto che non si poteva cambiare perché l'apparecchio si accende comunque a prescindere dal fatto se aspira o meno.
Mai più da Prenatal, piuttosto compro online su Amazon
I was really very disappointed and it is already the second time.
10 days ago we spent around € 60 and when we went to the house to pay we realized that we did not have the Vip Card behind and without that you cannot have the discounted price. It is unacceptable that in 2020 it is not possible to search the systems with the customer's data and not to trace the card which is then not given as a gift but paid for.
Instead, yesterday we spent around € 130, where among other things we bought the Braun nasal aspirator for our baby and we tried it this morning and unfortunately it did not suck anything. My husband returns to the shop to be able to change it, and the saleswoman he said that it could not be changed because the appliance turns on anyway regardless of whether it is vacuuming or not.
Never again from Prenatal, rather I shop online at Amazon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno una grande scelta di prodotti per la prima infanzia. I prezzi non sono sempre concorrenziali e non condivido affatto che per poter beneficiare di alcune offerte si debba fare una tessera annuale da 30€
They have a great selection of products for early childhood. The prices are not always competitive and I do not agree at all that to be able to benefit from some offers you must make an annual card of € 30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi era una disorganizzazione totale far aspettare alla cassa più di 44 minuti ( di orologgio) i clienti con i neonati e un qualcosa di indecente.... meglio acquistare online ogni volta in filiale mi viene il nervoso..... se potevo mettevo sotto zero
