★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio su tre piani con vasto assortimento, dai trio, seggioloni, marsupi (al riguardo vorrei sottolineare anche la presenza della marca Tula, che per qualche oscuro mistero a Trento è praticamente introvabile nei negozi specializzati), accessori mamma - bambino e zona cameretta. Vi è anche un reparto giocattoli e vestiti, quest'ultimo più ridotto. Nonostante la distanza noi veniamo qua ad acquistare e siamo rimasti sempre soddisfatti. Il personale è gentile ed esaustivo nelle spiegazioni.
 Shop on three floors with a wide assortment, from trio, high chairs, baby carriers (in this regard I would also like to underline the presence of the Tula brand, which for some obscure mystery in Trento is practically impossible to find in specialized stores), mother-child accessories and bedroom area. There is also a toy and clothes department, the latter being smaller. Despite the distance we come here to buy and we have always been satisfied. The staff is kind and exhaustive in the explanations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatta "lista nascita" presso il negozio.... tre ore per scegliere il meglio.... torno dopo un mese per ritirare i regali e non trovo quasi nulla... prodotti da riordinare.... o non più disponibili.... trovo prodotti che hanno acquistato dalla suddetta lista ma che io non avevo inserito.... avevo fatto prenotare la borsa per il passeggino a nome di mia suocera ed invece l'hanno venduta ad un'altra parente .
Hanno ottimi prodotti ma il personale non è assolutamente all'altezza delle aspettative.... molto disorganizzati
Made "birth list" at the store .... three hours to choose the best .... I come back after a month to pick up the gifts and I find almost nothing ... products to reorder ... or no longer available. ... I find products that have bought from the aforementioned list but that I had not included .... I had the bag for the stroller booked in the name of my mother-in-law and instead they sold it to another relative.
They have excellent products but the staff is absolutely not up to expectations .... very disorganized

C’è una grande scelta di giocattoli, di culle, di bici per bambini, articoli di ogni genere per neonati. I prezzi sono nella media e hanno anche delle buone offerte. Il punto forte è la professionalità del personale, sono molto competenti e spiegano bene.

Buona fornitura anche di articoli per i pasti (piattini, posate, biberon, bicchieri...), giocattoli vari oltre che a seggiolini pappa, dondoli, vasini, lettini, box e altro.
Ho avuto un'esperienza un pò spiacevole con un prodotto ma il personale del negozio si è dimostrato disponibile e, a mio parere, anche competente.
Ho acquistato presso di loro un passaggino a cui purtroppo, probabilmente per un difetto di fabbrica, si è rovinato il tessuto della seduta dopo pochi utilizzi.
La ragazza del personale che mi ha assistita è stata gentilissima e si è attivata subito nel contattare l'azienda produttrice e nel farmi cambiare in garanzia il tutto, senza perdere tempo.
Consiglio.

There is also a good supply of items for meals (saucers, cutlery, bottles, glasses ...), various toys as well as baby food seats, swings, potties, cots, playpens and more.
I had a bit of an unpleasant experience with a product but the store staff were helpful and, in my opinion, also competent.
I bought from them a stroller which unfortunately, probably due to a factory defect, the fabric of the seat was ruined after a few uses.
The staff girl who assisted me was very kind and immediately contacted the manufacturing company and made me change everything under warranty, without wasting time.
Advise.

Personale qualificato e super preparato, ci siamo recati oggi per prendere il seggiolino auto per il nostro bimbo e la signora è stata davvero gentilissima ci ha spiegato nel dettaglio tutte le caratteristiche dei modelli che ci interessavano e soprattutto ci ha dato la possibilità di provare a mettere dentro il bimbo cosa che non succede in altri negozi, altra cosa secondo me che da un voto 10 ha sballato il seggiolino e me lo ha installato in macchina io sono rimasta senza parole. Questo è un servizio al cliente veramente che non ci aspettavamo, torneremo sicuramente anche se abitiamo lontani perché merita per cortesia preparazione e tutto!! Super consigliato!!!!
