★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato detto "camerini chiusi" a mezz'ora dalla chiusura negozio! Personale scortese e maleducato!! Consiglio vivamente un cambio commesse...2 su 3 risultate davvero cafone. Non tornerò sicuramente in questo punto vendita. Se fosse stato possibile avrei dato 0 stelle.
I was told "dressing rooms closed" half an hour after the shop was closed! Rude and rude staff !! I highly recommend a change of orders ... 2 out of 3 turn out to be really boorish. I will definitely not return to this store. If it were possible I would have given 0 stars.

La prima volta infatti sono uscita senza provarmi quello che mi interessava perché ha detto che stavano per chiudere che faccia in fretta, allora io sono uscita. La seconda volta anche mi ha parlato con arroganza. Se conoscete altri Tezenis in zona, evitate questo.
The beautiful place, but there is a girl inside who takes away the desire to buy. In fact, the first time I went out without trying what interested me because he said they were going to close, so hurry up, so I went out. The second time he also spoke to me arrogantly. If you know other Tezenis in the area, avoid this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety of intimate clothing-lingery Bikinis and socks- some summer Dresses. I'm a blogger as well woman and a costumer so my first observation was there was no great Costumer service- seems the staff from this store careless about costumer. My suggestion to the Manager is to improve Service. The staff should chat less about their own private life in focus more at work. Now do I I recommended this place to buy lingerie +and more yes! don't expect higly quality of costumer Service . Hope this bring a change. Thank you for checking out my reviews. Xo??xo
