Doch dieses Jahr gab es ein 50 Jähriger, hochdeutschsprachiger Mann der richtig unsympathisch war. Hoffentlich war er nur am diesen Tag nicht gelaunt. Nächstes Mal wenn er wieder so unfreundlich ist, werde ich nicht mehr dort gehen. Two years ago there was the boss who was very nice, and another rather younger woman was nice. But this year there was a 50 year old, high German speaking man who was really unsympathetic. Hopefully he was just in a bad mood that day. Next time he's so rude again, I won't go there again.
p	paparazzi1307 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unhöflich, frech und arrogant!!!! Wir waren dort zum Corona Test und mussten 45 Minuten warten und in dieser Zeit 4 Mitarbeitern beim quatschen zuschauen. Am Ende ist der Code, den man zum Öffnen des Testergebnis benötigt, nicht angekommen und wir mussten noch einmal hin und durften wieder 30 Minuten warten, bis der angeblich einzige Mitarbeiter, der das Programm bedienen kann, mit seinem Kunden durch war, während alle anderen mal wieder am quatschen waren! Angeblich lag es an der deutschen Telefonnummer, die vom System nicht erkannt wurde! Absolutely rude, cheeky and arrogant !!!! We were there for the Corona test and had to wait 45 minutes and during this time 4 employees watched while chatting. In the end, the code that you need to open the test result did not arrive and we had to go back again and were again allowed to wait 30 minutes until the supposedly only employee who can use the program was through with his customer, while everyone else were chatting again! Allegedly it was due to the German telephone number, which was not recognized by the system!

Der Service und die Beratung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man wird hier gut beraten. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Parkplätze stehen kostenpflichtig in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Die Apotheke ist für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Wenn euch die Rezession gefallen oder geholfen hat dann freue ich mich über ein LIKE eure Sina Beautiful pharmacy in Bolzano, which is beautifully decorated. Very nice to look at old pharmacist shelves and glasses. The service and advice is very friendly and helpful. One is well advised here. Price performance ratio is absolutely fine. Parking is available for a fee nearby. The pharmacy is suitable for wheelchair users. If you like the recession or have helped, then I look forward to a LIKE your Sina

The young pharmacist said no when I asked her if she spoke a little English and she walked away from me. Shockingly bad service and hospitality for the centre of a city. I speak a little German and Italian but no one else came to me so I had to figure out what I needed myself. Will not be returning here.
