Do 3 stelle perché la ragazza che era in cassa oggi alle 18 (19 ottobre) ha praticamente obbligato la signora davanti a me ad accettare una promozione con i punti fedeltà in scadenza per venderle un prodotto più caro, quando lei chiaramente non era interessata e capiva che il prodotto propostole era meno conveniente, mormorando per il malcontento. Se non avessi avuto fretta di prendere il treno sarei intervenuto, esiste un'etica del venditore, appena il cliente ti dice "no grazie non lo voglio" lasci perdere, soprattutto se ti sta già comprando altro, non glielo metti in mano facendo finta che ti abbia detto sì approfittando della sua ritrosia
