Si avrà stufata di fargli?! Deve sapere che non li fa gratis e non deve fargli in quella maniera di fare dei danni alle persone! Good morning, today on 04 November 2021, the assistant who made the swabs seems to be against novax and for his nastiness the swabs have hurt someone a lot! Will you be tired of making him ?! He must know that he does not do them for free and he must not do them in that way of doing harm to people!

Bravissime!!! The doctors are competent and very kind. I have chosen this pharmacy to undergo tampons which are done in an extremely delicate way. Very good !!!

In presenza di una fila di persone che attendeva fuori ognuno il suo turno (anche da 1 ora), una dottoressa vedendo arrivare un loro cliente FISSO, esce fuori per farsi consegnare dal signore il bigliettino che serviva per ritirare un farmaco prenotato. In seguito alla lamentela dell'intera fila che si è sentita presa in giro, la dottoressa si è giustificata dicendo "ma il signore è un cliente". Spiegazione che rende tutto più grave. Lì in fila c'era gente per lo stesso motivo, chi per ritirare chi per comprare una semplice aspirina,ma evidentemente un cliente occasionale non riceve lo stesso trattamento e rispetto di uno abituale. In data 22 gennaio 22, davanti la farmacia erano presenti almeno 30 clienti in attesa sia per farmaci sia per operazioni legate ai test covid, nessuna indicazione veniva data per le varie esigenze ma nononostante questo, i clienti civilmente si auto-disciplinavano. Un cliente saltava la fila e veniva direttamente servito dal personale della farmacia nonostante le accese dimostranze degli altri astanti. La farmacista alla domanda di spiegazioni per il comportamento poco professionale affermava che il cliente era "abituale". Questa affermazione risulta essere grave e deontologicamente sbagliata poichè vengono evidentemente operate delle preferenze fra i pazienti che dovrebbero godere di uguale trattamento! Comportamento assolutamente non accettabile! Unprofessional staff in customer management and ethically incorrect. On 22 January 22, at least 30 customers were present in front of the pharmacy both for drugs and for operations related to covid tests, no indication was given for the various needs but despite this, the customers civilly self-disciplined. A customer skipped the line and was directly served by the pharmacy staff despite the heated demonstrations of the other bystanders. The pharmacist when asked for explanations for the unprofessional behavior stated that the customer was "habitual". This statement turns out to be serious and ethically wrong as preferences are evidently operated among patients who should enjoy equal treatment! Absolutely not acceptable behavior!
