Mein Mann wollte sie zum weitergehen motivieren, dann hat sie natürlich geweint und rebelliert. Dann fing die Verkäuferin an zu schimpfen über schreiende und weinende Kinder, hat geflucht über die Spielautomaten, hat gesagt sie halte dieses Geschrei nicht mehr aus und die Kinder sollen sich gefälligst benehmen. Ich finde eine solche Aussage gerade in einem Kinderbekleidungsgeschäft sehr bedenklich... Gestern hat mich eine andere Verkäuferin angeschnauzt, ich solle doch die Schilder lesen, dort steht alles genau drauf. Schade, die Kleidung wäre eigentlich schön, doch so möchte ich dort kein Geld mehr ausgeben. Very unfriendly staff. I was at the cash register, wanted to pay. My daughter was in front of the store with my husband on the gaming machines. My husband wanted to motivate her to move on, then of course she cried and rebelled. Then the saleswoman began to complain about screaming and crying children, cursed at the slot machines, said she could not stand this shouting any more and the children should behave themselves nicely. I find such a statement especially in a children's clothing business very questionable ... Yesterday another saleswoman yelled at me, but I should read the signs, everything is on it. Too bad, the clothes would be nice, but I would like to spend money there.

Vado spesso per comprare vestiti per mia figlia o per fare regali ad amiche e trovo sempre buone occasioni. Rapporto qualità e prezzo veramente ottimo! Very kind and helpful salesmen, well stocked shop! I often go to buy clothes for my daughter or to give gifts to friends and I always find good opportunities. Really good value for money!

È stata molto cordiale, competente e professionale! Ci tornerò di sicuro perché il negozio è molto ben fornito e i prezzi sono accessibili. Con i tempi che corrono (COVID, crisi ecc) chiamare i clienti “pecorelle che entrano ed escono per poi lamentarsi delle chiusure” dalla commessa che grazie a quelle pecorelle riceve stipendio mi sembra come minimo fuori luogo. Continuerò ordinare online senza lasciare nemmeno un centesimo in quel punto vendita. Too bad because the chain has beautiful clothes. But as long as there are disrespectful and rude orders I will not set foot. With the current times (COVID, crisis, etc.) calling customers "sheep coming in and out and then complaining about the closures" from the saleswoman who, thanks to those sheep, receives a salary seems to me at least out of place. I will continue ordering online without leaving a single penny at that store.

Qualità, professionalità, simpatia e disponibilità. I prodotti sono di ottima qualità, ma il vero valore aggiunto è dato dalla cortesia, dalla professionalità e dalla simpatia di tutte coloro che ci lavorano. Entro in negozio anche solo per dare uno sguardo e per vivere la cordialità delle dipendenti e puntualmente finisco per comprare qualcosa per la mia bambina che, tra l'altro, adora le fantasie proposte.
