★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Italian Ikea has the worst service I ever experienced. Not only they charged me twice for the order that was cancelled, but also hang up the phone when you talk to them, or end the conversation in chat while my issue still wasn't resolved. Very, very dissappointing and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you better have NO issue with an online purchase. getting a refund or a price reduction requires more time than a russian visa. They even send you a letter asking you to confirm that you accept the refund via emaill from a NO REPLY email adress. come on... its 2021! learn from amazon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps we overlooked something before committing to driving an hour to get here but I was extremely disappointed to find that this is a teeny tiny Ikea branch that facilitates orders but doesn't sell anything on site. We were desperate for new pillows at our holiday rental but we couldn't buy anything here.
