Entrandoci, verrete accolti dal silenzio più assoluto e da un’atmosfera priva di stimoli, capace persino di far svanire il vostro entusiasmo di arredare casa! Dopodiché, avventurandovi all’interno di quel che potrebbe ricordare un vecchio magazzino dimenticato, sarete avvicinati da un uomo che, giunto a voi dall’oscurità tenebrosa (probabilmente pensata per avere un risparmio energetico in bolletta), dandovi del tu pur non conoscendovi, cercherà in tutti i modi, con fare poco professionale, di vendervi non ciò che state cercando, ma ciò che ha disponibile o potrebbe reperire, denigrando, con discorsi privi di senso e fondamenta, qualcosa di palesemente migliore a livello qualitativo! Consiglio dunque quest’uomo di provare quantomeno a lavorare in modo più professionale, dando molte più attenzioni al cliente, fornendo consigli si, ma fino ad un certo punto, senza diventare troppo insistente, pesante ed invasivo con il proprio pensiero e le proprie opinioni, (sopratutto là dove non sono state chieste) e magari, lo inviterei anche a sorridere un po’, perché il sorriso viene trasmesso anche da dietro una mascherina, ed in questo periodo, probabilmente, è la cosa più bella che si possa trasmettere!!! The shop seems abandoned to itself ... After that, venturing inside what could remember an old forgotten warehouse, you will be approached by a man who, coming to you from the gloomy darkness (probably designed to have an energy saving in your bill), giving you the you even if he does not know you, will look for in every way, unprofessionally, to sell you not what you are looking for, but what is available or could find, disparaging, with meaningless speeches and foundations, something clearly better in terms of quality! I therefore recommend this man to at least try to work in a more professional way, giving much more attention to the customer, providing advice yes, but up to a certain point, without becoming too insistent, heavy and invasive with his own thoughts and opinions, (especially where they have not been asked for) and maybe, I would also invite him to smile a little, because the smile is also transmitted from behind a mask, and in this period, probably, it is the most beautiful thing that can be transmitted !! !
