★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo soli tre anni, con qualche avvisaglia prima, scopro che il prodotto installato è scadente e, quando chiedo aiuto al telefono, ricevo maleducazione e poca serietà. Mi rivolgerò ad altri artigiani più professionali e affidabili.
RISPOSTA ALLA RISPOSTA SOTTO:
...Il cliente non avrebbe letto niente
ma non è che il prodotto è invece un po' scadente?
...e il cliente avrebbe col telecomando giocato?
ma non è che forse all'acquisto è stato un tantino ingannato?
La qualità e l'assistenza, infatti, non erano quelle promesse
e a capirlo non ci sono volute grandi "teste":
è senz'altro un bel tendone, con un suo motorino
che tuttavia ha rivelato un innato difettino!
Come dice l'artigiano, basta leggere le istruzioni
che non sono un mestiere da sapientoni.
Il cliente lo ha fatto spesso e ci è sermpre riuscito
ma negli anni il bel prodotto si è mostrato un po' "fallito"
Qui si tratta di qualità, assistenza, cortesia e professionalità..
...insomma se volete mi contattate e vi dirò tutta la verità.

But it is not that perhaps the purchase was a tad cheated?
In fact, quality and assistance were not those promises
and to understand it did not take large "heads":
it is certainly a nice awning, with its motor
which, however, it revealed an innate difettino!
As says the artisan, just read the instructions
which are not pundits.
The customer has often done it and we are always successful
but over the years the beautiful product has shown a bit ' "failed"
