Sono gli unici che non ti lasciano in mano nemmeno un preventivo su cui pensare…mi spiace ma già da questi segnali ho deciso di affidarmi ad altri.

Il suo entusiasmo ci ha subito contagiato ed infatti da Arredissima abbiamo preso cucina, soggiorno, cameretta e camera matrimoniale .Un grazie a Stefano che ci ha seguiti anche dopo l'acquisto in maniera impeccabile. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati in questo negozio perché avevamo bisogno di un mobile a parete attrezzato, in primis devo dire che hanno davvero una vasta scelta di mobili e prezzi accessibili ma la cosa più importante è come siamo stati accolti, ascoltati in quello che desideravamo ottenere dalla nostra consulente Silvia Graziani. Oltre alla sua gentilezza è davvero molto ma molto professionale, ora parlo al presente perché ad ogni dubbio mi ha sempre risposto con tempestività e la dove non capivo mi ha aiutata a comprendere. Non finirò mai di ringraziarla e se andate chiedete di lei, fatevi seguire da lei. È davvero brava. Grazie di cuore Silvia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cucina è di fatto non utilizzabile, in quanto mancante di vari impianti e non montata a regola d'arte a causa di vari errori delle misure dei mobili. La lavastoviglie non è pervenuta senza comunicazione e il forno che mi è stato consegnato non corrisponde a quello da me ordinato. Mi trovo a non poter usufruire di una cucina e sono in attesa da quasi due settimane di una risposta chiara in merito alla risoluzione del disguido, esplicitato con estrema chiarezza via PEO e PEC. Ritardi di consegna non segnalati tempestivamente. Questa situazione è un incubo, altro che arredare i tuoi sogni. Ho firmato il contratto da 3 mesi.
The kitchen is in fact not usable, as it lacks various systems and is not assembled in a workmanlike manner due to various errors in the measurements of the furniture. The dishwasher did not arrive without communication and the oven that was delivered to me does not correspond to the one I ordered. I find myself unable to use a kitchen and have been waiting for almost two weeks for a clear answer regarding the resolution of the problem, clearly explained via PEO and PEC. Delivery delays not reported promptly. This situation is a nightmare, other than furnishing your dreams. I signed the contract for 3 months.
