★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Toleranz und die Freundlichkeit im Geschäft ist unterstes Niveau. Keine Einkäufe mehr im Geschäft, da man nicht umtauschen darf, nicht einmal nach einem Tag. Ich rate im Internet zu kaufen, da man zu Hause mit Ruhe alles in die Hand nehmen darf und zusätzlich mindestens 14 Tage Rückgabe bzw. Umtauschrecht hat und wenn man im Geschäft kauft dieses Recht nicht hat!!! Also kein wunder, dass alle im Internet kaufen. Chef ist auch nicht zu sprechen. Ich bin seit Jahren im Geschäft, so etwas hab ich noch nie erlebt!!! Der Kunde ist schon lange kein König mehr....
Danke für Ihre Antwort nach 3 Monaten. Es wurde mir nicht gesagt, dass ich nicht umtauschen darf, erstens. Zweitens...habe ich das Teil am Freitag gekauft, bin am Samstag abgereist und meine Tochter wollte es am Montag umtauschen. Ich habe es nicht einmal mehr aus der Schachtel genommen. Also wenn ich Online kaufe, dann könnte es theoretisch auch schon benutzt worden sein, und im Geschäft bekomme ich es dann zu kaufen? Wo bitte liegt da die Logik...also Leute kaufts Online...
The tolerance and friendliness in business is the lowest level. No more shopping in the store, as you are not allowed to exchange, not even after a day. I advise buying on the Internet, because you can take everything in your own hands at home and have at least 14 days of return or exchange right and if you buy in a shop you don't have this right! So it's no wonder that everyone is buying online. Boss cannot be spoken either. I've been in the business for years, I've never seen anything like it! The customer is no longer king ...
Thank you for your answer after 3 months. I was not told not to exchange, first of all. Second ... I bought the part on Friday, left on Saturday and my daughter wanted to exchange it on Monday. I didn't even take it out of the box. So if I buy online, it could theoretically have already been used and can I buy it in a store? Where is the logic ... so people buy it online ...
