Molto gentile la commessa, molto poco professionale e per niente attento a risolvere i problemi dei clienti, il titolare. Sono ricorsa personalmente all’intervento più che tempestivo della casa madre di un paio di sandali acquistati, in quanto il titolare si è rifiutato di fare da tramite. Mi spiace molto che ottimi marchi italiani siano distribuiti da simili venditori.. si ricorrerà all’acquisto online
I was forced to put a star, but for the experience I had, I would not have even given one. Very kind the order, very unprofessional and not at all careful to solve customer problems, the owner. I personally resorted to the more than timely intervention of the parent company of a pair of sandals purchased, as the owner refused to act as intermediary. I am very sorry that excellent Italian brands are distributed by similar sellers .. we will use online purchases

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile e professionale ma 10€ per accorciare una cintura (cosa che si fa in massimo due minuti), mi sono sembrati un po' troppi.
Non mi sento però di dare la colpa a loro per questo, non essendo mai stato a Bolzano da un altro calzolaio.
Forse i prezzi sono così ovunque.
Very kind and professional staff but 10 € to shorten a belt (which is done in a maximum of two minutes), it seemed a bit too much.
However, I do not feel I can blame them for this, having never been to Bolzano to see another shoemaker.
Perhaps the prices are like that everywhere.
