★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con il personale del negozio, maleducato, arrogante e per nulla disponibile nei confronti della clientela. La mancanza di professionalità e gentilezza (qualità imprescindibili per chi conduce o lavora in un esercizio commerciale rivolto al pubblico) è ennesima conferma che i commercianti di Bolzano vivono nella fortunata condizione di un turn-over turistico per cui non importa trattar male il cliente "locale", tanto l'incasso lo fanno con l'avventore occasionale appena uscito dal Museo di Ötzi. Sconsigliatissimo anche per i prezzi esorbitanti e assolutamente non in linea con la qualità del prodotto offerto.
Bad experience with the shop staff, rude, arrogant and not at all available to customers. The lack of professionalism and kindness (essential qualities for those who lead or work in a business to the audience) is yet another confirmation that the Bolzano traders living in the fortunate position of a tourist turnover so no matter trattar bad customer "Local ", so much the takings do it with the occasional customer just released from the Ötzi Museum. Also not recommended for exorbitant prices and absolutely not in line with the quality of the product offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shoe store had the most extensive collection of shoes I have ever found in a designer shoe store—styles and colors—mostly Italian shoes made in Italy! For someone with a long narrow foot there were so many options!!! I recommend this as a must visit for women seeking great designer shoes!! Brava!!
