★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sconcertato!!!! sono andato a comprare le scarpe al negozio new balance in Bologna per mio figlio. Arrivato a casa, mio figlio le ha provate e si lamentava perchè erano strette. Ritornavo, il giorno dopo, al negozio per cambiarle ma non era presente il numero più grande. Ho chiesto un buono ma mi è stato negato in quanto, mi rispondono "non previsto dalla politica aziendale ". Cerco disperatamente un paio di scarpe, a questo punto, per me o per mia moglie, ma non ci sono per lo stesso importo (91 euro in offerta da 130). Diventa difficile cambiarle perchè ad ogni mia richiesta di provarne un paio mi rispondono che mancano sia modelli che i numeri. Mi dicono che devo spendere per forza la stessa cifra o superiore (politica aziendale), mi sento messo in difficoltà. Trovo una scarpa a 90 euro e chiedo di rinunciare all'euro di differenza. Mi rispondono che questo non è possibile "politica aziendale" e mi costringono ad acquistare un altro prodotto!!!! Violando varie volte il codice del consumo...
E' la prima volta che nella mia vita faccio una esperianza che viola ogni buon senso!!!
 I'm baffled!!!! I went to buy my shoes at the new balance store in Bologna for my son. When I got home, my son tried them and complained that they were tight. I was going back to the shop the next day to change them but the largest number was not present. I asked for a voucher but I was denied it because they answer "not foreseen by company policy". Desperately looking for a pair of shoes, at this point, for me or my wife, but they are not there for the same amount (91 euros on offer from 130). It becomes difficult to change them because at each of my requests to try a couple they answer that both models and numbers are missing. They tell me that I have to spend the same amount or higher (company policy), I feel I am in trouble. I find a shoe for 90 euros and ask to give up the difference euro. They answer that this is not possible "company policy" and force me to buy another product !!!! By violating the consumer code several times ...
It is the first time in my life that I do an experiment that violates all common sense !!!

After I asked the seller 2 questions about shoes and she didn't know the answer to them, she turned me down and didn't advise me any further :/
