Persona non fidabile ora la porterò da un'altra parte. Speso soldi per niente. Non aggiungo quello che è successo dopo. Risposta alla sua difesa Buongiorno, intanto la batteria è stata cambiata in ottobre e non è passato un anno, noi dopo 2 mesi abbiamo già portato di ritorno la frisbee spiegandole che siamo rimasti a piedi 3 volte su 3. Lei ci ha detto che era un problema del carica batterie. Siamo andati a comprarne uno nuovo, ma la frisbee ancora non funziona. Siamo ritornati in negozio ha tenuto la bici per 10 giorni. L'abbiamo usata e siamo rimasti ancora a piedi. Siamo tornati in negozio per l'ennesima volta, appena ci ha visti ha chiuso il negozio e se ne è andato via. Dopo 10 minuti è tornato dicendoci con tonno arrogante che lei non fa frisbee e ci ha fatto solo un favore. Ci ha accusato che abbiamo portato la bici in un altro negozio e che non rispondeva più perchè era fuori garanzia e che già aveva speso di tasca sua 40 euro per mandarla di ritorno. Ha aperto la centralina e ora non funziona più neanche quella. Dai suoi toni al quanto aggressivi abbiamo chiamato le forze dell'ordine. E per il suo bene non posso scrivere cosa ci hanno detto.... Mi sono recato in molti negozi di bici a Bolzano, forse gli ho girati tutti, ma nessuno era in grado di aiutarmi. Tutti si fingono meccanici ma in realtà se non hanno la possibilità di sostituire semplicemente il guasto, non perdono tempo o non sono in grado di ripararlo. La stazione della bicicletta è l'unico che è riuscito a capire quale fosse il problema e ad aggiustare la mia bici. Ve lo consiglio! Prezzi onesti, massima disponibilità e servizio ottimo. A seguito di un problema alla batteria mi ero quasi rassegnata a dover parcheggiare la mia bici in modo definitivo dopo aver girato alcuni negozi dedicati all’assistenza.
