★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches und wenig kompetentes Personal. Als ich meine Scheibenbremsen und Federgabel reparieren wollte, sagte man mir ich solle nächste Woche wieder kommen. Gesagt, getan. Aber genau die gleiche Leier. Der "Fachmann" meinte, dass die Bremse nur sehr schwierig und unter großem Aufwand zu reparieren sei. Ein Fahrrad-Geschäft in Rentsch hat dann aber alles innerhalb von einem Tag ohne Probleme reparieren können.
 Unfriendly and less competent staff. When I wanted to repair my disc brakes and suspension fork, I was told to come back next week. Said and done. But exactly the same lyre. The "expert" said that the brake was very difficult to repair at great expense. But a bike shop in Rentsch was able to repair everything without problems within a day.

Consiglio PimpGarage all'acquisto di Hibike. Con consegna tramite corriere direttamente da Bolzano a Bg; efficiente anche il corriere.
I bought a Hibike by phone with Ms. Sonia, as well as being very kind and helpful, within 24 hours she found what we were looking for. I recommend PimpGarage when buying Hibike. With delivery by courier directly from Bolzano to Bg; the courier is also efficient.

I have only been to Sonia (for other reasons) but as soon as I have decided on an e-bike I will get advice there.
